Received explanation why it would be beneficial to renew and as I’ve found it a good filter for cold calls in the past I decided to renew for another year.

On the receiving end of a scam purportedly from Amazon, almost fell for it. Reported to CPR gave them the relevant phone numbers which looked as if they were from UK. They had all the numbers on their scam list, were actually in India. All blocked on my phone now, also gave me advice about reporting to police and Action Fraud. Very friendly and helpful

Tom Clapham has been most useful and very patient

My 86 year old Mum had a CPR wristwatch and it probably saved her life. In the early hours she suffered a stroke, couldn’t move off the floor but was able to press the alarm button to alert me. We couldn’t recommend the product and service highly enough 👍👍👍

Received annual call to review service and to pay annual fee. As usual a very pleasant representative. Helpful discussion and advice.

I contacted the customer service dept. regarding the watch failing to record a heavy fall and yet when my wife sits on the bed it asks if she if OK!
I had one reply which asked me to carry out a possible fix and now the watch won't turn on or charge.
After repeated attempts to communicate with CPR I feel I have no option but to take it to the small claims court. I am thinking have they have gone bust?
