Great unit and easy install
We needed a new minisplit for our living room. The one we had finally ran its course. We researched a lot of different options but ultimately landed on the Cozeware 18,000 btu with heat option. Fairly easy to install as long as you follow the directions. The unit works great so far and is very quiet. So far would definitely recommend. We may get another one for our basement as well.

So far their customer service is excellent like the others are saying. Ordered yesterday and it's shipping out today. Their customer service emailed me back very promptly with good information.
Provided me with a tracking number after just 20hrs after ordering. Shipping my mini split via FedEx which I believe is a good carrier.

We live in a 40ft fifth wheel full time…
We live in a 40ft fifth wheel full time in central Florida. We pay for electricity so our rooftop air conditioners were killing us during the summer months. $120-140 a month for electric. One of our 3 ac's went completely out. I had a rv tech come and service all 3 to find out one was junk. He suggested installing a mini split so I started researching. Cozeware always had good reviews on multiple sites. We bought the Visio 12000 btu 115 volt system. I installed it completely by myself. Actually it was pretty easy. We've had it going for 7 weeks now. Our first full month of 90+ degree heat our electric bill was $47. We keep the air handler set at 76, our thermostat in our fifth wheel shows 72. Our upstairs section never gets higher than 76. We are very happy with our Cozeware mini split system.

First I want to say the unit it’s self…
First I want to say the unit it’s self works fantastic. This was a DIY install and for the most part it went smoothly. My only complaint or suggestion is to just make your own 3/8 copper line, the one that is supplied is very thin making tight bends difficult. Other than that the unit has been functioning well. I would recommend one and will be buying a second unit for my shop in the future.

Over all a good system
Over all a good system. Was easy to put in but they don’t give good instructions for just a diy person. There are some helpful videos out there just have to look a little bit. The units have been in for two weeks and working great!

Very easy install
Very easy install, the 12k btu 115v system in my garage kicks butt! I live in south Florida and its doing an amazing job keeping it cool. I will definitely be buying another system for hurricane backup cooling. Great price quick delivery I mean what more can you ask for?

Very easy installation
Very easy installation, I installed the inside unit, wall mounted the condenser, called service tech to hook up lines and vacuum unit. It is super quiet inside and out. Cools my 500 square foot garage with no problem. Love it!

Easy setup
Update!! My review is quickly changing from positive to negative, as I have had nothing but issues since I installed the unit. It very briefly worked, but for 3 days now it has only blown warm air. I have tried to work w customer service, who only sends replies in the middle of the night, but we have still have not resolved the issue. I've sent all the photos and videos they have asked for, but still nothing works, and no replacment unit has been sent. Supposedly , this is covered under there " no hassle warranty". They have finally offered a partial refund so I can find a technician to fix the unit, but that would take even more time. Had they determined my unit is defective and simply sent a replacement , I would probably be sleeping in a cool room by now. But that's not the case. It was an easy setup, but since then, it's only been disappointment.
Easy setup. Having the optional video to watch made it a whole lot easier than just the written instructions. Took a out an hour total for setup. A few small things were missing, like the screws to mount the wall plate, the Allen wrench to open the valves for the freon, but overall a great product that I am happy with so far.

I purchased the 115V E Series 12K BTU…
I purchased the 115V E Series 12K BTU for my master bedroom. My order was processed and shipped out immediately. I received it with 2 days of placing my order. The unit arrived well packed and in perfect condition.
I hired a company locally that specializes strictly in mini split installations. They were able to install and have the unit up and running within 2 hours. Even when the unit is running and not in sleep mode, it is super quiet and can barely be heard.
Having the ability to connect it to wifi and use the app make operating the unit a breeze. I would highly recommend this unit, or the 230V version to anyone looking to purchase a mini split.
I will be purchasing the 230V version of this unit, in the near future, to install in my garage. A+ 5 star experience ✨️

This is the second time I've ordered…
This is the second time I've ordered from you. 1st was great, this time was horrible. My order was cancelled and refunded by you, twice because I didn't reply to your email fast enough. This delayed the job for weeks. Didn't have this problem on the 1st order, never had to reply to any email period. I used the exact same email and shipping address for the 2nd order and had nothing but problems. Do better!
