Not happy with Hypnos spring bed base.Low quality high price.seemed not fit For purpose it did not support mattress caused my back to dip. Cousins refused to exchange for a firm base.Seemed shady when ordering it.Their computer would not put order through, they put order through separate special. I Won't buy there again. Customer Service determined not to help me with a simple exchange.

Following your concerns, we arranged for an independent technician to carry out a full inspection of your Hypnos sprung divan base. During the visit, a comprehensive structural inspection was completed, including framework, support, pressure, lay and straight-edge tests. The technician confirmed that the base was fully supporting the sprung unit as intended and found no manufacturing defects or faults. As the inspection concluded that the base is performing to the manufacturer's specifications, we were unfortunately unable to offer an exchange under the terms of the warranty.
We appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we're sorry that you remain dissatisfied. However, our decisions are based on the findings of the independent inspection to ensure they are fair and consistent for all customers.

A superb range
A superb range - easily one of the largest selections of furniture to be found anywhere in the Midlands. Good prices too. We shopped at the Dudley store over 20 years ago and they still have the best choice. Delighted with our 2026 purchase and looking forward to seeing it in our new home. The very friendly Haz helped me to buy a three piece suite in store. His advice was very good. He was pleasant without being 'pushy'and I came away with exactly what I wanted. Great staff
Going through a refurb at the minute. We found the table and chairs we wanted. The person we dealt with was very helpful and professional. It didn't take long to do the paper work. They have a great variety of everything.

Wide ranging amount of carpet products available. Being guided to a 'make' of carpet which suited our needs. The opportunity to take samples home to choose colour required. Same day visit by your representative to measure room and provide a quote, follow up phone call. Very efficient service.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
When our sofas were first delivered here was a problem with them and they had to be sent back. cousins provided us with two loan sofas whilst they were repaired and today they were returned in perfect condition albeit a missing floor pad on one sofa which has been reported and hopefully be replaced. The service we received from everyone was exemplary and we can not fault the excellence of the customer service and delivery teams involved.
