Despite the whole situstion being quite stressful, Sophie has taken great responsibility to resolve this for us. A four has been awarded for the whole experience but had it been awarded for Sophie alone it would be a five.

This review is on my probate process & it’s a huge shout out & gratitude of thanks to George Mathison who had a unique challenge of doing Probate for not only my late Mother but also my late Brother as they died within 5 days of one another sadly. I was recommended to use countrywide who would be more upto speed than the bank designated in my Mothers Will..so we went about the change & was successful & George got cracking once he’d recieved voluminous documents from myself on my two family members. George was extremely efficient in sorting our both probates swiftly & as quickly as possible. What I particularly like is the prompt responses as nothing was delayed from his end. Probate processes are always like a rocky road & drawn out but when you are kept informed regularly & asked for extra information, this helped smooth things out. My late brothers probate was straight forward & finished pretty quickly. My Late Mother not so as she had a house that needed selling so eventually late last year this was completed successfully & Probate closed out this month. George & his Team were excellent & went the extra mile in getting things done & moving & if anyone goes through Probate I’d highly recommend getting George to do it as he’s an asset to Countrywide. He was very much aware of my unique situation & the emotional roller coaster I would on but he was extremely professional & let me do a lot of the early requests at my own pace. You just can’t go wrong with George on your side. Fabulous work.

Always replying to our telephone/email requests in a timely manner and understanding our own difficult circumstances.

I have had a few discussions with Hadir and he has been nothing short of excellent.

I am not well versed in the area of Trusts and Wills but Hadir provided me with a clear understanding of the situation in particular, Section 144 and the effects of back reading

The system you have for ID verification does not work it malfunctions and stops working many times I do not think it would have been possible to get through it without the assistance of Ana in you admin team sending and resending us the secure link

The most unprofessional company I’ve ever come across. With extremely poor customer care. We have been dealing with them since June last year in relation to our parents trusts. Poor communication & very limited. Only had one meeting, despite my 8 emails requesting a meeting to understand the trusts more. I paid £600 three weeks ago for a meeting. Still Not arranged. Confusing emails. Worst company I’ve had to deal with and it’s not over yet. We are now paying for solicitors help. Not at all what my parents would have envisaged or wanted us to go through when they set up trusts with The Countrywide.

Harjit has been absolutely fantastic through what was a very long and somewhat complicated matter. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you!

Really efficient service from Kiran ( Case Handler ) who looked after us after a few teething problems with our transfer of funds she was fully supportive in making sure everything progressed well and kept in contact with us constantly until the end

Awful company. I've never experienced such poor communication from an organisation. Quick to take your money and then just don't do the work. My Mum died eighteen months ago and we're still waiting for a simple Trust Deed despite paying for it months ago. Avoid this company!

Very professional staff who guided me through a very complex and difficult process.
CTT first handled the probate process for my late wife's estate. Following grant of probate they helped me manage the Trust funds which were established in my late wife's will. Legally this was far more difficult than I had imagined.
The administrators in both the Probate Department and Trust Departments were outstanding in the way they dealt with me. I would particularly like to mention Stacey Jenkins (probate) and Sophie Higgs (trusts).
Their help and support was timely, accurate, comprehensive and professionally delivered at all times.

At the start of the process I felt that the cost was expensive. However, I now feel that it was money well spent to get things to where we are today.

Having almost concluded my dealings with Countrywide Tax and Trust, I feel sufficiently confident to leave an honest review of my experience of this company, especially Mr Hadir Ali, Senior Trust Coordinator of the Trust Management Department.
From my first contact with the Trust Administrator Robin, to the initial Zoom meeting with Hadir, I have felt confident that I would be looked after and consulted in every step of the process of the administerings of our family trust.
Hadir has listened carefully to all my concerns and advised and explained everything to me in a way that I understood with no coercion or condescension on his part. I have been kept informed every step of the way, whether by phone, or email and I have been copied into all emails sent to other agencies, ensuring we were all on the same page with the process.
Hadir is an exceptional employee of this company; I cannot praise his performance highly enough; he is a credit to the company, and more importantly to himself.
I highly recommend Countrywide Tax and Trust to everyone and will be instructing them to arrange my Lasting Power of Attorney, confident that it will be processed with the same competence and efficiency.

My contact with a trust matter was Sophie Higgs. She was always helpful and prompt in her response to any questions and was happy to explain issues I found difficult to grasp. Had no issues contacting her when I needed to.

I found dealing with this company very frustrating, they never answered a question but always came back with a different subject.Ihad 3 different employers as my case handler, The only one who gave me answers was Hadjid Bal who did most to help. The case went on from April until December,After my solicitor sent the proceeds from the sale of my house it was 10 weeks before it was sent to me, The whole experience was very worrying, sleepless nights etc. £ 420 upfront for a zoom meeting, never again, thanks go to Hadjit Bal , He restored my faith, a credit to this company JH
