I have had many clients liaise with Countrywide's Conveyancing Department and they have been brilliant- Chris Martin in particular has assisted with numerous cases and always kept me up to date on more complicated matters. Between Chris and Kam there’s always a helpful solution and the technical support is greatly appreciated.

I have contacted the Projects Team on a number of occasions and the team have always responded quickly and in a friendly manner. Louise in particular has been very helpful, going above and beyond to answer my questions with super efficiency!

Having read many negative reviews, I felt anxious about dealing with Countrywide. However, my experiences have been very positive,
Vivienne from the Conveyancing Department has been nothing short of helpful,patient,understanding and very re assuring.Whenever I have telephoned to speak with her, she has answered the call immediately and if inconvenient for her to take my call at the time, she has without fail called me back.She answered all my questions and explained clearly anything of which I was not sure.
I must also point out that my son and I also had an on line meeting with Chad last July and we were very happy with his service.

Liam Hudson and his team at Countrywide tax and trust dealt with the probate of my late Aunts estate extremely professionally and took the Stress away from my Sister and myself. Getting back to me or if I had a problem Liam dealt with it straight away. Can’t recommend them enough

Had to contact Countrywide to request help with completing the Government Gateway form for the HMRC. Kajal was so patient and understanding to the point of calling me back three times as I didn’t have all the correct information. I was very grateful for all her patience and without it I know I wouldn’t have completed it correctly. Thank you.

I was very frustrated by the uploading system for my id however Anna helped me so much. She was very patient and it was rectified due to her help. I have given a three star to countrywide but Anna deserves five stars.

I had prompt replies to my emails and the video call for my ID check was very quick and successful. Thank you Kareena - your help was much appreciated.

We chose CTT following recommendations. They progressed our cousin's legacy from probate to house sale and were very easy to deal with, answered any queries quickly and helpfully and all beneficiaries have now received their inheritance.

You can only review what you find, and my contacts with Countrywide have been little short of brilliant. My issue was with trust documents that a previous advisor should have lodged with Countrywide but didn't. Sorting out took me to three different departments and all were very quick to respond, offered genuine and useful suggestions and generally went out of their way to help. I really can't, from my interactions, fault this company.

ID video call I received, the lady was very friendly and she made me feel at ease as the process has been very stressful for me since loosing my husband but I can’t praise the lady on the video call anymore.

The ID team were very professional but I wish they would give more feedback on the progress of my on going case

Completely let down by this company, made many mistakes from the start which cost us time and money, no replies to emails and when they do it takes weeks for them to answer, they dont explain anything properly in detail just fire over a lot of jargon to delay the process so we think the are doing something with our claim. They made a mistake on the land registry documents and blow me no reply to my sister email, i guess they have had our money - best part of £3000.
I would not recommend this company to any enemy, complete incompetence, their skills at dealing with grieving customers also needs looking at, no patience with me, zero respect. dont touch these people, a waste of money.
** UPDATE ** THE CASE IS CLOSED, WITH ERRORS I WILL NOT BE CONTACTING COUNTRYWIDE AGAIN FOR ANY REASON

I was struggling to understand how to claim my trust and remove another trustee. On speaking with Agnes she asked to log on and she patiently and I do mean patiently walked me through the process. Exceptional customer service

Sophie, Molly and the rest of the team at Countrywide were always very helpful and respectful whenever I contacted them, they genuinely came across as more than happy to help with my queries on the many times I 'phoned them. They answered all my questions clearly and I always received a quick response from them. Also, The online Teams Meeting was handled very professionally and they took the time to explain the process clearly and patiently. Thank you all.

Last week I signed into the Government Gateway to remove Countrywide Tax &Trust as a trustee. I spoke to Laura on the phone she was extremely helpful. She guided me through the process from start to finish and stayed on the phone for the duration. I am extremely grateful, as I doubt I could have completed the form without her expert knowledge, understanding and patience.

I have so far had limited communication with CTT but I phoned to obtain clarification concerning a person with no photo id. The two ladies I spoke to (on two separate occasions) were both friendly and efficient and the problem was solved satisfactorily.

Utterly incompetent. Never reply to emails, take forever to book meetings, don't do what they promise. Still waiting for documents following a meeting 6 months ago. Still waiting for a single document to be emailed to me which was promised 2 months ago. Call them and they are always in a meeting. Leave a message and they never call back. Spoke with a lawyer once and mentioned my parents were using them for their trusts. His reply was that he would never use them for his clients as they are completely useless. He wasn't wrong. Avoid them like the plague.

I work in Canada and had to prepare documents for an issue in the UK. Both countries have different standards and legal language, so I had many questions. I emailed back and forth with Ana over the course of a few days and she was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. I never felt anxious having to reach out to her when I needed extra clarification. Considering we have a 5 hour time difference, she was always prompt with her replies as well.
