Always very accommodating …
Always very accommodating when I need to rearrange / push back subscription and delivery. Food always great quality, my lab loves it! Delivery staff very friendly, only downside is when they outsource delivery to lesser quality driven couriers!!

Great customer service and my dog loves it so he approves. Enjoy the subscription option, only thing is require top up orders that cost more than subscription price as 8x 1kg does not cover is for 2 weeks.

The food is excellent but the packaging…
The food is great but the packaging always arrives broken and so when we defrost the food it leaks everywhere. It’s been a continuous problem for years. A combination of poor packaging and a poor courier. I have reported this on several occasions.

Highly recommend
I supply Cotswolds products in my pet shop, They are helpful, efficient and quick. My products always arrive quickly and well packed.
The only think I would say that could improve is that I was given fridge bags when I first became a stockist which my customers appreciated but when I tried to order more I was told they don't actually supply them, so that was a bit confusing also the loyalty scheme is a bit confusing, but that could be me never having time to look into it properly.

Shocking customer service
Sadly, I’ve had an absolutely shocking customer‑service experience. My order was sent to a completely different address, and the parcel even had someone else’s name on it instead of mine. When I contacted customer service, the reply I received was flippant and dismissive, leaving me with the impression that they have little interest in keeping customer details safe, let alone ensuring orders are delivered correctly.
Because of their mistake, it took me the entire day to track down my delivery, and I had to change my plans as a result. The whole situation was stressful and completely avoidable.
If you’re looking for a hassle‑free service with high standards of customer care, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

6 of my products were defrosted and some of the others had started to! If you put your trust in a delivery company as I would you then…. Just need to sort that!!!

My pup is THRIVING!
Really pleased with the products: they are premium so I was prepared to pay for quality - and it is worth the money. You can clearly see the ingredients in the food and there is also a clear breakdown on the packaging. We have tried a number of the raw food products as well as the natural treats. We have found 4 varieties of raw food and a load of treats that my dog just loves. As a result, you can see and feel his coat is softer, shinier and thicker; his temperament is more even; his waste is consistently more compact and firm. The transition from cold-pressed food was really smooth since raw food is more gentle on the digestive system. Overall, we are very, very pleased with this company - the products are great and the customer service has been very helpful and responsive when I needed to contact them about subscriptions.

Good mince, packaging questionable.
The raw dog food is always good from here.
I just wish the packaging was better though.
They pack some of the cartons in different orientations in the box and some of them crack in transit causing some blood to leak out.

Subscription expected before May Bank…
Subscription expected before May Bank Holiday but arrived after the BH. We were then sort for the long weekend. Cotswold Raw service has been on point but we were a little disappointed on this one.

Quality food and service.
So far delivery has been very prompt with plenty of communication regarding delivery times, etc. The food looks to be good quality and the pugs are enjoying it. We are just trying out the 70/30 for them, all 3 of them are between 11 and 12 yrs old. We will see how that works out.
