Was slightly concerned after placing my order that it said would be dispatched in 3-5 days. Was actually dispatched 2nd class the next day - ordered Monday, arrived Thursday. Shame delivery isn't free like other companies though.

Placing order & pricing was acceptable, paid £3.50 for postage, arrived by second class royal mail, so surely shipping could have been much less. But otherwise no problems

It's as simple as 50/50 with these people. If they have your lenses in stock, they will send them out. However, like many others on here, if they don't have your lenses in stock they will PRETEND they have them. Then cue the months of waiting and email ping pong, and their LIES. For example, emails detailing that my order has been dispatched or there is a short delay. All LIES. My best advice if, like most normal people, you are ordering lenses because you want to wear them in the next few weeks - don't bother. I paid eighty odd quid to this company, and lost the lot, as they never delivered them ever. Cue months of a credit card battle to get a refund...... NEVER AGAIN.

Website easy to use and was kept informed of progress on order. Great discounted price. I ordered six months supply to get the best deal.

I placed my order with contact for lenses in early September and didn't receive them until mid October. Weeks went by without any confirmation of dispatch or explanation for the delay even after contacting them. Once they finally replied they said they would be dispatched soon (which means weeks to them). I will not be using this company again as I was lost without my sight. I ended up having to order from another company who delivered the contacts the next day. No refunds were offered by contact for lenses. Very poor service all around.

I do often recommend your service to others because I have been using it for a couple of years now and find you competitive and reliable.

Have used contactforlenses for a good few years now, Far and away better than high street optician prices. Delivery can take around 10 days so don't leave it to the last minute to order lenses. An option to pay for express delivery might suit some customers. I just order a fresh batch when I am down to three weeks' supply left so I'm sure not to run out . Quicker delivery would earn 5 stars.

I've placed several orders with Contactforlenses. Their prices are very competitive and, with one exception (which was ultimately resolved), have all been delivered promptly. If you get the multi-packs, the prices are hard to beat. I will certainly continue to use this company for future orders.

I've ordered from contactforlenses several times as they always seem to offer the best prices on my contact lenses. Renewing my order is extremely straightforward and delivery has always been relatively prompt. My only improvement would be the option of express delivery for when you need more lenses quickly!

Have been using contactlensesfornow for over 5 years and have always found them a no nonsense on line supplier of lenses. No fuss, short order process and to date no issues

Ordered on the Thursday afternoon and sent my contact lens prescription on the Friday. Email following Tuesday to confirm shipping in 1 to 2 days. Were sent on the Thursday as per the 5 business days and arrived this morning (Saturday).

I ordered lenses 10 days ago and they are yet to be dispacthed - poor customer service. Not interested in concerns and do nothing to try to rectify the problems.

I would not use again.

As so many other posters - ordered, no sign of the lenses. So I immediately got a refund from my card issuer. They miraculously then emailed to say the lenses were being dispatched in 1 or 2 days. I didn't believe them. Cancelled and went back to feel good contact lenses.
I think they are either grossly incompetent, or fraudsters. I err on the latter.

Good value but delivery could be quicker

Prompt, reliable, dependable and value for money.

I ordered some contact lenses from them almost two weeks ago. The payment was obviously taken instantly, but I am still waiting to receive them. After several emails chasing my order, they inform me that the item is out of stock and they don't know when I'll receive them. I've asked for a refund but haven't heard back. I'm not hopeful. This company is a COMPLETE CON -- AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
