Terrible.
I ordered lenses and waited 4 weeks, still no lenses. I emailed and they said as others on Trustpilot tell you, that they are "on back order" so they have no idea of when they would arrive.
I then asked them to cancel the order and to give me a full refund.
They said yes and that I would be refunded in 3-5 working days.
Past the cut off time I again emailed and they said I would get my refund "early next week". it didn't arrive so yet again I emailed and suggested that I would be contacting Twitter, Fb etc.
The refund was in my account with a few days.
I have dealt with them in the past and all was fine but I will NEVER use them again.

I seriously wish I'd read the reviews on here before trusting my eyes and money on this incompetent business. As nearly every single other review here has mentioned, these guys take forever to ship your lenses (as opposed to the 3-5 days mentioned on the site) I've placed my order on the 17th July and I'm yet to receive anything nor have I received any responses to my emails and Facebook messages.

Do yourselves a favourite and take your business elsewhere!

On the website it says that the contact lenses would be shipped in 3-5 working days. After 16 days I contacted them and they promised they would be shipped in a few days. It is now 23 days after ordering the lenses and they have still not arrived and I have not had any reply from my email. Do not order from here! Especially if you need lenses for an event. Terrible customer service.

Ordered 6 months worth of lenses and after chasing it by email (as you can't phone I had an email from 'Sarah' saying they were on back order. It took over 2 weeks for them to arrive. In the meantime I had to order an emergency 30 day supply from Vision Express which took less than 24 hours (ordered at 6pm and arrived first thing in the morning). Usually you get three months of lenses in one pack - these people sent me 12 packs of 30 pack lenses.
Useless, don not use! Never again.

Awful delivery time, and poor communication.
Took them two weeks to post my order, so I didn't have my lenses from them for my holiday. No communication to tell me the delivery was going to be delayed. Complaint email not properly read, stock apology reply.
Ordered from another supplier, and were delivered next day from a 6pm order.

This is the second time I have to chase up an order. The prices are a bit lower but really not worth it if you have to spend time on contacting them 2 weeks after the order was made. I normally buy well in advance before my old lenses run out but they always disappoint. I will not be buying from this company ever again!

Still waiting for a refund after not receiving contact lenses as not in stock only told after I chased. After 3 requests, still no sign despite promises. Used them for years & never this problem until now - seems to be last few months by the reviews. Obviously going into financial ruin. Do not use.

Utter dog shite. Items take literally weeks to dispatch.

Unlike vision express which delivers orders in 24 hours, contactforlenses has failed to deliver my order. I placed my order over a month ago and have still not received it! The website does not have a telephone number and emails do not get replied for days. Avoid at all costs!

Promises, promises, promises!!! Waited 2 months and only received half of my orser. To be fair the first part came within 7 days the other part didn't arrive at all. I complained several times over the 2 month period and on each occasion was promised my lenses within 2-3 days. Aftrt my 4th complaint i askes for a refund and that took the p**s too.

They promised to refund me on the day i sent my 5th email asking for a refund. They said within 2 days it should be in.my account. 10 days later still nothing. So i emailed again, the customer service advisor (Sarah) said "we are just processing it. I sent another email saying how ironic and what coincidence.

2 days later i got my refund but what a debacle...something you dont need when your busy. These people are so quick to take your money but after that the service is so poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have taken my complaint further as its a matter of principle.

Please go somewhere else, you'll just be wasting your time!!!

I ordered my contact lenses late December 2016 and had paid for these at the point of purchase.
I received them 7 weeks later.
They were posted without any documentation.
The website says that they deliver to Switzerland.
I had to pay approximately 80 francs in tax and complete additional forms and provide additional documentation in order to claim my lenses.
The e-mail correspondence from the company did not address my concerns; I explained that my order was very urgent and if not delivered in time I wanted a refund. This was not adhered to. I would never, ever use this company ever again. I was honestly more than surprised when my lenses eventually arrived but this proved to a very costly, delayed and stressful experience.

I ordered my lenses on 2 November. I had an email to confirm my order and payment was taken. Email stated that I should receive a follow on message once my lenses have been despatched (within 3-5 days). It's now 16 November and I'm still waiting for that despatch email. I sent an email on 14th November asking to chase it up for me. No response so far.There's no contact telephone number just an email address for the company. If it's the only way they are prepared to communicate then they need to be more prompt in replying to messages. I'm out of lenses right now.

My usual order from another online company arrives within 2 days. However due to an offer with this company I thought i'd give them a go. Waited 10 days, then had to reorder from my normal company as I was nearly out of lenses and cancel my order with this company. They agreed to cancel and said the money would be deposited back into my account within the next 2-3 working days. 4 days later I had to contact them again as no refund had been credited? I got a reply apologising for the inconvenience, and they they would issue the refund today. Im yet to see it.

Atrocious. Terrible communication. Poor service. Don't use them.

I made my order believing that I will have my contact lenses soon enough as it says on the website; 4-7 shipping days for Europe.(I was ordering from Switzerland)
I was out of my lenses and needed them as soon as possible.

2days after my ordering I received an email saying that I need to confirm my shipping address, as I already told them exactly in the ordering form. Another 2days later they said, my address has been confirmed and now in the process of ordering. (oh what a long time-process to confirm my address!) So I replied them saying that I need my lenses as soon as possible and I dont understand what took them 5days 'just to confirm'
no answer.

3days later I finally received this automatic notification saying that my order has been shipped and it will be arriving in 4-7 business days. (it has been already a week since ordering)
There is no way of cancelling the order even before the product is being shipped and there is noone even to tell me what is going on with my order.

Completely untrustable company and if you ever consider ordering lenses, the best is to avoid this one.

Ive never had any issue with any other company, and I must say this is absolutely the worst one. Such a waste of my time.

I ordered lenses and 3 weeks later they had not arrived, so then I requested they be sent to my france address. they said they had already been dispatched (untrue). So I ordered another set to be set to france, had confirmation of shipping address to france. 4 weeks later so not here. I have emailed them and they said they I gave wrong address - they have been shipped to UK. Absolutely horrendous. Cannot be contacted by telephone.
Cheap - therefore you get cheap service

Despite numerous chase emails (only one was responded to), I still have not received my lenses nearly a month later - unacceptable service. Prices here are not low enough to warrant the hassle. Will have to seek credit card refund from my card provider and let them deal with this company.

I ordered some lenses for the first time on 26 Jan. Money taken same day, up to today nothing this despite two emails asking what is happening, guess what not answer. Very poor service and guess that's left me out of pocket and lenses. Lovely hay.

Not only did they not ship my item for over 10 days, they refused to give me a refund no matter how many times i emailed asking for a refund

AVOID THIS COMAPNY

I placed my order on 1st October. It is now 13th October and still have not recieved my order. I sent an email to customer services as there is no phone number but have not had a response.

I will update my review if I do actually received my order but until then, I would advise against using this company.
