Shipping always an issue with CC. Typically lands at FedEx quickly then sits there. Done with these people.

Ordered shoes that were too small, tried them on and immediately put them back in the box and returned them. This company led me on for over 3 months telling me theyre waiting for my size to come in, then after I get tired of waiting and ask for a refund they tell me I don't qualify because the shoes were "used" and stated that they had cleats put on them (which there weren't) and refused to give me a refund. Had to dispute it with my bank. Will never buy from them or backcountry again.

Buy only items that won't require after-sales service, or won't need it in the near future. While pre-sales support is often great, after-sales service can be a completely different story. This is especially true if you live far away; even with free shipping, delivery can take over 10 days. When they ship using UPS + FedEx, you'll likely have trouble tracking your package.
