Easy to order at a good price
Easy to order at a good price. Arrived quickly and simple to install. Runs quietly in our main living room (even during the recent heat wave).
Not fully tested yet, but we did have one very brief power cut and everything still worked well.

The price was right
The price was right. The only black mark was that the UPS came straight from the manufacturer with no tracking and was a day late after I'd paid for next day service. It did arrive first thing the next morning so not that a big deal for me, but if it is important to you I'd check that next day delivery does mean that on the item you order. CEx was very helpful when I phoned to chase my item, but it arrived not long afterwards so I let them know they didn't need to chase it for me.

Purchased a plantronics headset
Purchased a plantronics headset, item is faulty when contacting company was told that I needed to get in touch with plantronics directly and they would resolve issues, there is now a return cost for me to pay, plus the fact I will be without the item until repaired or replaced. I would not use this company again.

a member of my team brought the wrong…
a member of my team brought the wrong item elsewhere and it was only discovered the day before install.
I went on comms-express web page about 16:30 and purchased the correct PDU and requested at pre-10am delivery, The Item arrived to the customers site at 9am the following day.

Very disappointed with the service from…
Very disappointed with the service from Comms Express. I use Comms Express a lot. I found two monitors on their website which were a perfect fit for my client. I quoted my client and received an order within a couple of days. I then purchased the two monitors and had them sent directly to site. These monitors were showing as in stock so I had thought they were delivered next day. A week later my client informed me they still hadn’t recieved them. Contacted Comms Express who came back to me saying that I needed to pay up an extra £50 for delivery. I had no choice but to pay which was a cost I hadn’t accounted for! I believe this cost should have been swallowed by Comms Express as this was their mistake and not mine.
