Top notch customer service.
Placed an order with CE, and as usual, the goods arrived next-day as standard, which is excellent. Unfortunately I had received the wrong goods though, so I contacted CE via email. Grace was extremely helpful, and replied to all emails very quickly, and the next day, I had the correct goods delivered and collection for the other item had been arranged.
No complaints at all.

No UK Plug or even Adaptor
The order arrived quickly, but things soon went downhill.
The Fritzbox router came with an illegal EU combined 2 pin plug/PSU.
They are obviously not official distributors, but the only serious way to get one in the UK is to sign up with Zen internet. I would have considered doing that, but the router goes back at the end of contract.
I tried contacting Comms Express for a solution or at least an adaptor, as of course this has to be a proper plug which will be plugged in 24/7 long term and not something which will just fall out of the socket.
I tried phoning but the phone was unintelligible, which was strange as the recorded announcements were loud and clear.
I just got the impression that this poor phone quality was deliberate to get the punters to go away and give up.
The woman I spoke to did not have clue what I was talking about and I have heard nothing since yesterday.
I think they are just waiting for me to give up.

I haven't received my items within the promised period. You can do better by setting a tracker so that customers can track their orders. I am very disappointed with this and would not do business with your company in future
