I was looking for a one off door to door courier. The service and cost sounded too good to be true. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole package. Easy to use online booking service. Prompt collection and delivery. The only improvements I could think of would be to narrow down the collection times. This probably wouldn't be an issue in normal circumstances however I was trying to ship goods back from a disgruntled customer, and they wanted a two hour window!!

Good customer service from Collect my parcel, despite being disappointed with City Link themselves. Cant fault the guys at collect my parcel though, they sorted out any problems we had. Thanks

Booking was straight forward despite me only having a list of dimensions for my parcel (I was collecting an item I hadn't yet seen!). Collection times could be more accurate, but this will only come from the delivery companies so you can't fault these guys. Best price I could find, but it's always worth putting your mind at ease by going to the suppliers website and trying it direct just to prove it! ;-)

Had to use this company as the person who sold me the item didn't have a printer so needed a service that didn't require a printed label. I used Yodel 48 hour service and although it said collection between 8.30am and 5.30pm it wasn't collected until 7.45pm!! After that eveything went fine it was delivered quickly and safely. I doubt I will use collect my parcel again tho as its £3.77 cheaper to use parcel monkey's city link service and they deliver next day. An ok service if you don't have a printer but the exact same service is only £7.20 inc VAT with interparcel if you have a printer. so feel that collect my parcel prices are a little inflated.

I was delighted with the speed of collection, and delivery, and all for such a reasonable cost. Parcel arrived at destination in excellent condition, and it was photographic equipment, so I was a little worried....but there absolutely no need for me to worry; I have already recommended collectmyparcel.com to several friends, it is nice to find a company that provides the exact service they advertise, with no added extras. I will definitely use them again.Well done indeed

you dilivered my parcel and everything was broken 1 teapot survived 6 was broken they were collectors pieces and they were packed right and i packed them fragile was written on them in more tnan one place and i am DISGUSTED

parcel, it does just as it says on the tin!!
It was an important parcel and it was collected and delivered as agreed.

City link do not work Saturdays and therefore, though my parcel was in my home town, I had to wait til Monday. I discovered this the hard way, not from any clear noticable advertising on web page.

This courier picked my parcels up from my house as arranged and nothing was too much bother helping me carry them to his van. A superb door to door service and very good rate as well! I would reccommend them to you and everyone I talk to now!

Used other online couriers in the past and did think i was getting a good price.

Sold an item on ebay for £500 and i was getting cheap quotes but when i insured it for up to £500 the 'other' company wanted another £32 taking the full delivery price to £41.00

Collectmyparcel delivered and insured through citylink for £22.

Absolutely no problems at all. I booked the delivery online, courier arrived who was on the ball and the parcel was delivered BEFORE it was due from Worcestershire to Scotland. Very happy customer and would certainly use this service again. Thankyou.
