It was easy to use the service and it all happened as planned

I had to return a parcel for my Mum and Royal Mail charge would have been 50% more plus I would have had to take to the post office. It was quite a bulky heavy parcel so I was delighted to find on the internet this collection company and was pleased with the price and efficiency. In additon to the person who collected the parcel was really cheerful and pleasant. I would use this service againe

had 4 big boxes a 25kg shipped from London to Munich with DHL; boxes were collected on the agreed day and delivered in good state only 3 days later.

This was dead easy arrange - all online. I ordered 48 hr delivery (Lincolnshire -> London) and it arrived in 24 hrs. Tracking was easy online too, so I could see where my parcel was at all times.

I think the service provided was great, the cost also brilliant. Had pottery items delivered, a few broken but due to poor packing rather than delivery.

Would use this courier again, in fact I'm looking to get stuff delivered from Holland... I wonder if they can do that as cheap!?

Please see my comment sent to collect my parcel regarding their very poor and embarrassing service, I would advise everyone to be very wary of these crooks who state lies on their info page regarding deliveries being made when they blatantly haven't been.

I placed the above order for a collection on the 24/11/11 which took place, I paid for a 2 day delivery and the goods have still not been delivered, when I check your webpage it claims it was delivered today which is not the case, and when I check CITY LINKS (ref CMP119117)website it states collection was cancelled by account holder on the 26th (which I have never done), which as you are the account holder I would like to be informed why, when I had paid up front. It then goes on to say that, This consignment is now being delivered on consignment number RVT01637 on the 1/11/11.

When I try to track the new consignment number, it doesn't exist. I have tried to call City link on their expensive number but after about 5mins on phone they eventually tell me they are closed.

This was 1 of 2 parcels that I sent with you, and in all I am very disappointed,and to make matters worse I have got a dispute going on through ebay which will inevitably leave me with bad feedback through no fault of my own and probably out of pocket.

I would like a fast answer to this as I am extremely unhappy with the poor service from My Parcel, so much so I have reverted back today to 'Parcels to go' to send 5 items tomorrow.

it is appalling that you have to send an email to them as they are not big enough to speak on a one to one basis
