We love the Hudson, WI, area and BringFido suggested Smilin' Moose as a place for lunch that allowed dogs. From the minute we sat down our server brought a bowl of water for Emma. It was a comfortable atmosphere. A few people stopped and greeted our dog. The server was fun & attentive. Emma was too picky to eat the great looking shredded chicken breast that was on the Doggie Menu. But, we took a real doggy bag home ad she ate it over the next few days.

This company is very transparent & seems to have great customer service - and a really great web development team. Fabulous website connecting dog owners with local resources & places to go.

This is my third year traveling with my dogs. I’m an empty nester now and they are my children! The first two years I was staying in camp sites and that was becoming uncomfortable. I saw an ad for BringFido and it has changed how I travel with my dogs!! The reviews from other customers are extremely helpful and when I needed to speak to someone the concierge was friendly and SO helpful!! She called multiple hotels to accommodate our travel plans. I only use this site when traveling with my pets. Their prices are the same as Expedia and they don’t have any hidden fees! This is a must if you travel with pets!

I made a reservation for the wrong date at an AC Marriott hotel and caught the mistake in under 1 minute, called Bring Fido.com and let them know about the error. They sent me an email assuring me the refund would be processed only to receive an email days later saying, sorry hotel "changed their mind." Below is the email from Bring Fido.com: We received a response from the AC Hotel by Marriott Reston, and they have unfortunately declined our request for a refund for your reservation. We informed them that we had originally spoken with Michelle at their Front Desk who had approved of the refund, but they have decided to stick to the non-refundable policy of the booking.

It's worth noting that we've sometimes seen success when guests contact hotel management. Our team is very persistent and advocates on behalf of our customers (we understand better than most how hectic traveling with pets can be), but even that doesn't always do the trick. If you end up speaking with the hotel and getting a refund approval, BringFido will happily process that for you for any amount the hotel approves. We need their approval to refund anything outside of the cancellation policy window, so please be sure to get the name of the manager with whom you spoke. This is very important.

If you receive better news from the hotel than we have, please let us know the name of whom you spoke with and the amount that was authorized for a refund and we'll take it from there and get this wrapped up for you.

This sort of business practice is UNACCEPTABLE.

As I explained to Cienna,
I made the second reservation on account of them assuring me of a refund.

I would not have made 2nd the reservation with AC Hotels, but for the fact that I was receiving a refund.

This is a mistake they need to cover immediately.

Also, asking me to reach out to Marriott is NOT the right answer now that AC Hotels have changed their mind.

Booked a room with this service since we were traveling with pet. Tried to cancel reservation the day before since we no longer needed the room. Contacted Bringfido rep and she notified me she would contact hotel and cancel reservation. Since they are a secondary booking service they contacted me and said the hotel would not refund the payment. They then suggested I reach out to the hotel where I got a runaround from hotel management and received no assistance from Bringfido. Since I booked from this site you expect that they would refund my purchase. Reached out to the women who told me she had handled this cancellation and was ghosted by this agent. Be aware that this is a poorly run company that seems like they have great customer service for you and your pet. They do not! I suggest you book pet friendly rooms directly with the hotel.

If i could take away this 1 star I would. Im requesting my full refund back and im done with bringfido. If you make a reservation, you should be able to come show your reservation and get your room you've paid for. I show up and I am told he doesnt see it in his system yet so I can't get the room. Can't get customer service on the phone at all. No response at all what so ever. I need my full refund. Ill find and make my own reservation. Id rather go through checking if hotels are dog friendly myself. July 2nd or 3rd im exhausted and I stupidly made reservation to begin yesterday and wasn't thinking about the fact that its the third and now I can't get the room for the next few days smh...

Im so glad I found, Bringfido.com. It was a needed tool to help with finding a hotel that was accepting of dogs. Easy to use and navigate.

I used BringFido for our cross-country trek from PA to MT and back. My three pups loved every minute of it! We stayed at so many dog-friendly places and ate like royalty! Thank you for this website.

They charge insurance automatically and will not issue refund. I was charged twice for one reservation then for 3 reservations afterwards.
Charged twice for 2 reservations. Will not issue a refund. Called multiple times. Support person has the IQ of a walnut and does nothing.
I am suing them in small claims court and reporting them to the FBI and authorities in North Carolina. I am going to put them out of business.
Do not do buisness with this company.

I trust BringFido to find me hotels where my dog will be able to walk on grass and “be a dog” for a while when traveling. Their customer service is also excellent and I have never had any trouble with reservations I make through their service.

I would have rated BringFido lower because I have had trouble checking in several times having something to do my credit card. But, each time that happened I was able to get customer service from BringFido on the phone immediately. They took care of the issues for me by calling the hotel. They are super kind and helpful.

They helped me find pet friendly accommodations and let me know the fees involved. Very helpful

Useful website giving tips on dog friendly experiences

The customer service representative did the best thing for us. We chose the hotel we wanted and then she called them directly to make sure a room was available. Great decision because we were told upon checkin that it was the LAST room. Her experience was crucial to us having a smooth hotel stay.

I used BringFido to find a hotel to stay in with my dog over Christmas and it was perfect, exactly what I needed from a service like this. Excellent.

Sadly on the last day of my trip, tragedy hit and sadly my dog didn't make the journey back home with me.

Their system automatically sends you follow up emails asking you to review your experience, so I finally replied and shared with them what happened so that I might be removed from their mailing list. Someone named Kathy responded with kind condolences.

Then a week or two later, an incredibly beautiful wind chime came in the mail from them with a lovely letter from Kathy and the BringFido crew. It was so above and beyond, it makes me tear up to write about it.

This company is great and the people who work there are wonderful humans.

The customer service was amazing. When I had changes to my itinerary, a real person got on the phone and they handled it. What a concept! I'm going to use them for all my travel.

Love to get help from BringFido when we're planning a trip.

The app helped us find places to stay with our pets easily and it also helped us save money. Booking our stays was super simple and easy. Will use there app again on our next trip.
