I depend on the app all the time while traveling!!!

We were having a hard time finding a hotel to accommodate our Newfoundland, so it was a great peace of mind to find a clean and comfy hotel to accommodate us on a long road trip!

The man employee made us feel so at ease leaving Taz. Perfect stay!

Love this app. We traveled across country with our BIG goldendoddle. The app was extremely useful for finding lodging in every state we visited. On line reservations and reviews were very convenient. Would definitely recommend this app for everyone that travels with a pet

Customer service has been very helpful in sorting out a problem with a hotel which charged us for not staying with them because they no longer accepted dogs, but did not inform BringFido. Have used BF before and always excellent.

The most impressive thing was the cleanliness of the room and hotel. I asked for soft pillows when I made the reservation and they were there! The bathroom and sleeping room was exceptionally clean! I travel often, not with my animals usually, but regardless, the cleaniless was some of the best of have experienced, including the five star luxury hotels! BringFido made the reservation process seamless. I will definitely use BringFido in the future!

Bring Fido was an AMAZING resource for our cross-country trip over the holidays. So thankful for this as it helped us find lots of pet friendly hotels, restaurants, and dog parks.

I've been using BringFido for 11 years for every trip I take. I never had a problem until two weeks ago. My reserved room was downgraded at a Red Roof hotel (which gets a 1 star from me). It was not a good experience. On returning home, I wrote BringFido, who immediately looked into my complaint. Within a week I had a large partial-refund and an apology.

My husband, son and I were traveling back to Oregon from Southern California, with two dogs. We stopped for a bite to eat after driving for about 7 hours, and decided to make it to Chico for the night. I started looking on Bring Fido and found a place that looked suitable. Since it was for the night-of, I pushed the button to call. I thought I was calling the hotel directly, but an agent for Fido answered. Unfortunately, I can't recall her name. She was very pleasant and contacted the hotel to confirm availability and processed the reservation for me while I was on the phone. It was VERY refreshing to speak with someone who was cheerful, helpful and seemed like she truly enjoyed her job, unlike other third party sites who seem like you are interrupting them when you call for assistance. I will definitely use Bring Fido again!

They double charged my bank acct due to an error on their end and are not making it right. My bank refunded the money and they sent this documentation to support their lies just to steal food off of my plate cause they are thieves. I highly recommend nobody use this company. They will weasel their way out of any blame and just pawn it off on the hotel.

Took two Pomeranians to Dubai, all organised by Relocate Your Pet, who were amazing, I would not hesitate to recommend them. They made everything appear to be easy. The Poms were going to be reunited with their mum - my daughter - and have now settled in well.

Greatly appreciated BringFido’s help in finding a hotel that would accept our dog, Loki. I’d spent some fruitless hours checking for a place. Some other booking sites would claim a hotel allowed dogs but when I’d call the hotel- that wouldn’t be the case. I was almost ready to give up but bringfido saved the day

Finding a suitable hotel and making a reservation was easy. Some of the hotel reviews were negative, but we had a good experience.

I use bringfido for travel with my dogs. Works perfectly. Has many listings guaranteed to accept dogs, same process as elsewhere online (Expedia, etc)
