My first and last order! They sent me a dress that was the wrong item and wrong size. I sent the email for a return and refund as they requested and provided pictures. They wanted to refund me only 15 percent of my 50 dollar order. When I explained that was unacceptable they then gave me a very lengthy return instruction where I have to pay to send it to China which will probably cost more than I paid for the item and only after they determine it's worthy of a refund then I would get my money back. What a joke! They send me the wrong item and they want me to to pay for their mistake. Never again. Spend your money else where, otherwise you will regret it.

I wouldn’t even give this company one star . I purchased a knitted cardigan, when I received it from China it was not nothing like the image .
I tried to return it , the email I received was rude and basically said I had to pay to send it back to China and they couldn’t guarantee that they would receive it and I would not get my money back if they didn’t. They offered me 10% refund.
Shit service and product

This website uses my copyrighted knitting designs and personal photos without permission, and sells them as sweaters under their own name.
I am the original designer, and you can find the authentic designs at Knit by Siv on Instagram.
I strongly advise against purchasing here – you risk not receiving anything, or receiving a poor-quality copy.
This is not a legitimate business.

I purchased this top advertised as "linen and cotton blend" and when I received it (from China, a month after ordering), the fabric was some thin and shiny cheap fabric — NOT the fabric advertised. I contacted them and jumped through hoops and they refunded only part of my money. I sent the shirt back to some bogus address that they provided, and it returned to me months later. SO I paid shipping twice for this piece of c**p. The shirt is in its original packaging and will be sold at a yard sale or something. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Save yourself a lot of grief, no matter what cute clothing is on offer.
