Do not buy from this company!
I ordered a cocktail crate at the start of December. It has still not arrived 6 weeks later. The tracking says it was attempted delivery and then returned to sender (we receive no notice to say that it had been delivered or dispatched) I received one very unhelpful email from the company saying to chase it up with the postal service. When I replied to say that they have confirmed it has been returned to sender I received nothing back. I have now sent 4 emails over the past 3 weeks to the company asking for them to either refund me resend me the cocktails. I have had no reply to any of them. Do not buy from this company!

We are sorry that you felt the need to write a post on here.
As our team have advised you, our delivery partner attempted delivery in December, but sadly you were not home, and therefore the parcel was held in a local collection centre awaiting further instruction from yourself.
Since you did not collect the parcel or instruct the delivery partner to re-deliver, after being held for 18 days, the parcel began the process of being returned to sender.
We have still not received this item as a return, however you have already received a refund in full, which as done as a gesture of good will (we should not really have done this until the item is back in our possession).
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Package arrived quickly, contents as described, as they are presents I checked the expiry date on the juice and have 8 months, but I'm sure they will be drunk before then!

Card Payment SCAM
Cocktail Crates, whoever they aren’t, took my subscription money and over 4/6 months only delivered my order once. After I cancelled, they sent another, random package that I shouldn’t have received.
Most worryingly, a card payment has been taken from my account this month (no way this is a ‘last payment’ as I cancelled well over a month ago). Not a direct debit. Not a standing order. A CARD PAYMENT. I’m having to take this up with my back as a dispute.
Absolutely appalling service, and the drinks that did arrive were low quality for the price. AVOID.

I have ordered a crate for my husband’s birthday. It hasn’t arrived? I’ve sent 2 emails - I haven’t received a reply to either. Annoyingly no telephone number so I can’t contact them. Husband’s birthday in 2 days - not feeling confident.

No crate received!
I paid for a monthly rolling subscription as a gift . The first cocktail crate was due to be dispatched on 20 June. I have had no confirmation and no crate has been sent. Having looked at the reviews , this seems to be a similar pattern. I’ve sent an email to ask about what is going on and if I receive no reply I’m going to cancel my subscription and get my credit card company to investigate.

Hi Gwyneth, we are sorry to hear about your experience of using the cocktail club subscription service :-( We feel there may be some misunderstanding of the timescales involved, and have provided some information below that should help:
- The 20th of each month is not the dispatch date - this is the date the payment is processed. All subscriber orders are processed shortly after payments are recieved.
- For June orders, we are pleased to say that all subscriber cocktail boxes have been picked, packed and dispatched
- We have tracked yours, and it is scheudled for delivery on Wednesday
Finally, we have checked all of our email servers for your correspondence, and can not find any email from yourself.
Please can you kindly check that the email address was correct -enquiries@cocktailcrates.co.uk.
If you can forward the email to the above address, and we can reply with tracking information that will allow you to track progress of the parcel as it makes its way through the delivery network.

Package not delivered.
The delivery address I specified was different to the one that was placed on the label. The address it went to was a mixture of the person I wanted it sent to and my home address which meant it could not be delivered, and was sent back to the sender. I emailed the company to ask how I could get it redelivered but have had no reply.

We have done a little investigation, and can see that you used PayPal Express with your order, and often when a payment gateway is used, previously saved addresses can sometimes be selected accidentally.
]This looks like the most likely explanation, as we can confirm that the address provided to us at the point of sale was the one that we dispatched to.
We can see that the order was returned to us via our courier, and a full refund was processed, so we trust your query was resolved.
