Your order was placed on Weds 9th October on a 2-4 working day delivery service & as such was due to arrive with you by today, Tues 15th October.
The order was dispatched on schedule, however Evri have now confirmed the parcel has been damaged in transit. Unfortunately this means delivery will not occur within the advertised leadtime on this occasion.
We apologise for the obvious frustration & inconvenience this may cause, & we will have a replacement order dispatched for you today free of charge. This will be shipped with an alternative courier & will be due to arrive with you tomorrow, Weds 16th October.

Didn't have what I ordered, emailed to say order didn't arrive, left message to call back as it was late in the day, following morning ,phone call explaining item out of stock and didn't know at time of my order,will refund asap, very pleasant person on phone.

A business that remembers that sometimes you need someone on the end of a phone.
You answered the phone within a minute. That's enough for me these days. I don't agree with the loaded charges for Highland deliveries but we agreed to disagree on that. The item I ordered was urgent.

I bought a mower from this company…
I bought a mower from this company which arrived next day . Unfortunately the grass box had been damaged in transit ( it’s a heavy item ) on reporting this to them I received a brand new box again the following day .
Great service .
I wish all companies were like this

I thought I was buying from you
I thought I was buying from you, Not Genpower ltd.
They use TNT who said they attempted delivery at 1.15pm today and left a message, they did neither and lied to you as we were in and no message was left at the house or by phone. You must stop your suppliers using TNT as reflects on you. I will now have to wait in again, and will they deliver I doubt it. Read the reviews on TNT they are appalling.
Another day wasted and still no mower !

I can't fault CleanStore
I can't fault CleanStore. They were very competitive on price, communication was good and my order arrived promptly. I know CleanStore depend on their courier (DHL) to back up their good service, so it is worth mentioning DHL didn't let them down. The parcel arrived on time and in excellent condition.
