Great customer services
Although the website is easy to use , I made a mistake on the payments section however customer services were quick and helpful in responding to me . I always accept that things can go wrong but it how you deal with things when they go wrong is most important, so I always value good customer services. As it happened my product arrived really quickly , so safely packaged it took a few minutes to open. The product is as described and works well .

Wow is all I can say!!
Wow, amazing company ordered my AVA jet wash Wednesday night delivered Friday!! Along with a free detailing kit, snow foam kit, free hose connections. Used for first time yesterday well impressed.

Long reach branch lopper
Excellent price. Less expensive than the "big boys". One star lost due to packaging. It was an awkward item but it could have been better packaged.Arrived earlier than anticipated !

Great all round service
Ordered a large quantity of my favourite conditioner at a bargain price. It was such a good deal that l was a bit suspicious but no - completely legitimate and the delivery was very quick. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Extremely poor customer service! Buy from elsewhere.
The pressure hose on my Nilfisk pressure washer was worn, but still working. I bought a spare hose in January as a backup. The website explicitly states it is the correct replacement hose for my machine - Nilfisk E140.3.
Last weekend my existing hose finally split. After removing the hose I realised the replacement had a different fitting. The connection was straight instead of a right-angle. Clearly the wrong item.
I contacted Cleanstore to explain the situation. I also attached photos of the old hose and the incompatible new and unused hose.
After 2 emails and 2 phone calls, they eventually replied.
Cleanstore refused to exchange or refund the unused hose since it was bought over 28 days ago.
This would be reasonable if the product description were accurate and correct. I only bought this particular hose as the website stated it was compatible with my Nilfisk E140.3 Pressure Washer.
The reason I now need to exchange it is that Cleanstore incorrectly described the product!
Extremely poor service. Do not buy from Cleanstore (JMS).

NEVER USE THEM
I bought one of their Karcher products and it said on the website that it would be delivered within 7 days of order being received. It has been nearly two weeks and I ordered this for a customer of mine and it is still in the warehouse as in the email it said that they would notify me when it had been dispatched which it hasn’t done yet.
Very unhappy and I would not suggest them or ever buy from them again as they have lost my hope of having the item to ship to a customer. Not only that the customer is international and it will take time for it to be delivered to them and now I am still waiting for the order

The wash brush you have purchased was not advertised as being in stock at the time of ordering & displayed an approximate leadtime of 7 working days.
With products that are not in stock at the time of purchasing we are reliant on manufacturers supplying stock, & whilst Karcher usually deliver to us within 5 working days, we have been advised that there are delays on the WB 7 brush at present.
We are currently awaiting a confirmed delivery date from Karcher, which once received will be used to update any customers awaiting stock via email & our website will also be updated with a confirmed pre-order date.
We apologise for the obvious inconvenience this unforeseen delay has caused you & we will of course update you with an ETA once received from the manufacturer, as well as shipping your order ASAP.

Easy to order, competitive price, prompt delivery, good communication regarding delivery and updates, what more can you ask!
Ordered the Sebo Dart 1 vacuum. Seems very sturdy and has good power suction, picks up the dogs hair very well. A bit on the heavy side, but previously been using a cordless stick type, so out of touch with the mains powered machines, so not able to compare like for like. Well made.

Placed an order with a 5 to 7 day…
Placed an order with a 5 to 7 day delivery time. Phoned up for an update as had not heard anything since placing the order to be told item was out of stock. Why was this not advertised? Why do you not have the courtesy to inform customers of this after taking their money? The staff I spoke to were unapologetic and rude and I have requested a refund. If it fails to arrive then I will have to place a chargeback. Do not use this unethical company.
