The worse place to go ever. We agreed for £1100 but they took another £1600 extra. Their excuse that the hair will be not strong enough with first package which was all lies.
I made a complaint to ministry of health and I showed the receipts to tax office too which they agreed that there was a fraud because only one receipt was showing in the office.
There is an investigation is carried out now and I hope that hospital will stop cheating clients and steal their money I hope they will close it down ASAP.
Also always check your receipts because they tell you an amount but they charge you higher amount. Be careful pls 🤷🏻‍♀️
Please be aware of that place Class Hair 🤦🏻‍♀️

I go for a pris 1700ero and when I went there that tell me lays about my hair is not strong I have to pay 2500euro more and when they start the hair transplant come and tell me I have to much blood and cost me 1200ero more total it comes 5200 ero pay attention People they try to steal you

J'ai amèrement regretté d'y être allé..
Ils mentent! J'ai eu la greffe là-bas il y a environ 5 mois, et ils ont certifié 5300 follicules extraits, mais à partir d'une photo prise immédiatement après la greffe, j'ai pu compter les follicules greffés (car ils étaient très éloignés les uns des autres) et ils semblent nombreux. moins (environ 3000).
Malheureusement, vous ne pouvez pas publier de photos ici sur Trustpilot, sinon je les montrerais.
Où sont passés les autres follicules qu’ils prétendent avoir extraits ?

Lorsqu'ils m'ont examiné avant l'opération et vérifié ma zone donneuse, ils m'ont dit que le résultat serait bon.
J'en suis maintenant presque à mon cinquième mois et j'ai très peu de cheveux, comme le montre le peu de follicules greffés.

Finalement, le consultant avec qui j'étais en contact s'est également permis de m'effacer de whatsapp

If I could give -10 to this crap I would do it on the spot.
The whole thing was supposed to cost me 1000 Euro.. A special deal!! Once there, guess what, I ended with $3000 canadian.

They obligated me to see the neurologist and the cardiologist and to pass medical exams because of the medications I was taking. Yet, they had all my info (medication and health condition) before my travel but when I got in Turkey, Canadian tests standards became suddenly not recognized by them !!! HAHAHAH.
I absolutely don't know why they ask for such personal info from the beginning if at the end they would anyway rip you off with additional medical consultations!!!
BE CAREFUL!!! Stay away!!.

Also the guys who did the procedure (wasn't a doctor by the way) are not professional. They lack of empathy and manner twoard the patients... the way they talk, no please no thanks I was getting frustrated feeling being treated like an object!! I was so much in pain because of the posture on the chair and had to shut up!!

At the hospital I asked to get my bills translated so I can claim them to my private insurance but it was holiday and no one could help. The gentleman there said no problem we'll send them to you pdf by email!! I trusted them.. i shouldn't. When got back to Canada I messaged them 6 times without any answer. Finally a weird guy send a voice message saying that the medical advisor was on vacation and he was going to get me the bills translated. I waited 2 more weeks and till now nothing. I got my surgery on the 28 of August and not a single answer back till now. Of course they don't wanna claim the taxes it's just so unprofessional....!!!

After the operation they told me I would need 3 plasma treatments (strongly recommend for all patients) which would cost me $1000 each session in Canada... WOWW REALLY...??? Thanks for letting me know lol omg... I got obligated paying $400 usd for their product (1 year treatment) to replace the plasma crap. Also I discovered that the same product was offered to another patient at $300 usd...

Such a bad experience!! Such a disappointment. The worst customer service I've ever had in my life from such big institution. .. well unfortunately it's Turkey's service standard not Canada. Will never go back there again.

i did hair transplant in 2022 very happy with service and they did very good job i would recement class hair

Unprofessional service , i was brain washed with all those lies about the services and their hair transplant results ,come all the way from Australia to be scammed ,the process was really bad expecting to have a good result, ending up with having a PAD SHAPE on the back of my head supposed to be the donor area , my hair is worst than before so stressed about it, wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with them.

Its a scam. Behavior is totally different after having paid the money. I wanted to get dental implants. For 5 implants the agreed price was $3500. They took my x-ray and declared that 3 more teeth need to be extracted and the total cost would be $7,000 which after several hours of unpleasant negotiation was brought down to $5,000 to be paid 50% before the extraction and remaining on next visit after 3 months.

First visit was:
extraction of 3 teeth, sinus adjustment and 3 dental implants. Surgeon came and introduced himself as only function of extraction and under 30 minutes he was done.

Came back to hotel and I was told the remaining job will be done after few days. Hard follow up after few days, I was always answered, let me check.

Two days before my departure (8 days stay) I was told that first visit work was done and now the remaining work will be on next visit.

I am not a Doctor but looking at the mirror and touching my Toung, I could not discover any implanted teeth in my area. I tried to convince that it is humanly not possible to complete everything in the first visit of less than 30 minutes. Finally I suggested to have me be checked by a Doctor and after 2 hours I was told that hospital was closed that day (June 27th) My flight in the morning of June 28th.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL DO NOT GET TRAPPED WITH LOWER PRICES. I WAS TOLD FOR FREE STAY IN A 4 STAR HOTEL. COMPARING U.S.STANDARD IT WAS NOT EVEN 2 STARS.

THEY ARE DIFFERENT BEFORE GETTING YOUR BUSINESS AND TOTALLY CHANGED AFTER THE MONEY IS PAID.

After 9 hours hair transplantation, in a not really hygienic room, where everyone walk inside while they docters busy working in my head, they let the niddle 10 times fall on the ground. I was expecting like operation room butt that was not there just normal room, I get after operation red head skin and irritation so I was need go to a docter, after that my hair not grow . And when u call class hair they just say make more plasma , I did butt hair not really grow. Iam not happy with result. And now they not contact me. Not professional from them .

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Class Hair Turkey, Istanbul that left me feeling frustrated and concerned about the quality of their services.

I had been experiencing vision problems for quite some time and decided to seek a permanent solution through LASIK eye surgery. After thorough research, I chose a well-known Class Hair Istanbul, Turkey They also do eye surgery, which is also claimed to provide excellent results and a high standard of care.

Upon scheduling my surgery on February 10, 2023, I expected a smooth and professional experience. However, right from the beginning, I encountered several red flags. The communication with the company was subpar, with delayed responses and a lack of clear instructions or information about the procedure. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic details about pre-surgical preparations.

I visited Istanbul, Turkey. On the day of the surgery, they picked me up in the morning, and I had to wait for an extended period, causing unnecessary anxiety and discomfort.

When I finally had my turn, I expected to be greeted by friendly and knowledgeable professionals. Instead, I encountered a surgeon who only spoke Arabic, and the translator was unable to translate anything; even though he didn't want to say anything about surgery and only spoke about money, the only thing that they explained was that they are highly professional and do eye surgery every day.

Instead of LASIK surgery, they insert bifocal lenses into my eyes without my knowledge.

The next day of my eye surgery, my vision was so bad, and water came all the time from my eyes. I start complaining to my coordinator, but everybody just disappears without answering my phone calls.

On the third day after my surgery, I came back to Canada. Now I have a bunch of problems with my vision. Now the Canadian eye doctors are trying to fix the mess. (They also explain that they are unable to resolve all of the issues.)

This is the worst decision that I have made in my whole life to choose Class Hair Istanbul, Turkey. This is a di**ty, unprofessional, greedy, and sh**ty place; don't go there even if they offer you $10 for any of your operations.

Visited a month ago. Very unprofessional service. No one spoke English or communicated during procedure. Hotel very poor. It was a 2 star with bad breakfast. The price of the procedure changed depending on who you spoke to. I hope the results get better. I will never go back or recommend them.

Dans un hôpital très beau mais c'est une usine. Vous voyez rapidement un médecin qui va faire le tracé. Ensuite ce sont des opératrices. On vous explique rien. L hôtel n'est pas un 5 étoiles il est loin d istanboul centre. Ce n'est pas propre et les opératrices ne travaillent pas proprement. Les clients ressortent choqués. À fuir...
Il ne reste plus qu à prier pour le résultat.
J ajoute ce jour que ma zone donneuse est saccagée. Je vais devoir vivre avec des cicatrices. Sans cheveux à l arrière de la tête. Je n ai pas encore idée de ce qui repoussera des greffons, je pense que le résultat sera aussi catastrophique.
N y allez surtout pas !

Mentono! Ho fatto il trapianto lì circa 4 mesi fa, e mi hanno certificato 3200 follicoli estratti, ma da una foto scattata subito dopo il trapianto sono riuscito a contare i follicoli innestati (perché erano molto distanti tra loro) e sembrano essere molti di meno (circa 2000).
Purtroppo qui su Trustpilot non si possono postare le foto, altrimenti le mostrerei.
Dove sono finiti gli altri follicoli che dichiarano di aver estratto?

Inoltre la mia situazione di partenza era di una calvizie molto estesa, quindi 2000 follicoli sono troppo pochi per ottenere un risultato accettabile, ma quando mi hanno visitato prima dell’intervento e hanno controllato la mia zona donatrice, mi hanno detto che il risultato sarebbe stato buono.
Ora sono quasi al quinto mese e ho pochissimi capelli, come ovvio che sia con cosi pochi follicoli innestati.

In fine, il consulente con cui ero in contatto si è permesso anche di minacciarmi pesantemente al telefono.

State lontani da questo posto e da questa gente.

I don't know why people gave bad reviews. I am from UK. My husband had hair transplant done in 2 different places. Class hair was his second hospital. 1st was clinicexpert. So we compared them both. Class hair was much better then clinicexpert. The treatment was better them them the staff was much better then them.
Our 2nd booking was with clinicexpert but this time the price they quoted was too high. But we still booked. A few days after booking, I got a call from Amina who works for Class Hair and she said she would give us a good deal and she would take good care of us. The price she gave us was not much different from the clinic expert but the way she spoke was good. She sends us some videos and pictures. So finally we canceled the Clinic Expert and booked the class Hair.
We had their transport. The driver could not speak English but was very friendly. He was talking to us with phone translation. We had their hotel for 2 days in that package
It was class suite hotel. It was in a good location. Our only problem was the breakfast. It was 5* but not enough food. But the staff was great.
The next day we went to the hospital. The doctor understood it better than the clinic expert. They also gave him breakfast. Their service was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. When we were at Clinique Expert their people didn't look happy, infect the person on the phone wasnt that help full. For them it was only money value but class hair makes us so special. After the surgery they gave us a very nice box of their stuff: vitamin tablets, shampoo, hair foam, plasma, cap and band.
I definitely say that Class Hair Treatment, their staff and their service is far better than other hospitals. We were fully satisfied.

i do not recommend going or dealing with them

Had my hair done here about 2 years ago and when it grew back after the operation there was little improvement. They told me it could take upto 9 months and nothing changed. Last year I contacted them to tell them it was barely any better then before and the blocked me. Speaking to someone again today who messaged me and told them the problem and again being ignored.. not very good. The transplant had a warranty with it too saying full refund or would do it again free of charge.... obviously they don't want to go through with there warranty neither. Would avoid

I don’t recommend this company at all. I went to Turkey last year. The transplant process didn’t went the way the told me it would go. I called and texted the company many times. The just threw it on one and other. In the end they didn’t do anything to help me and solve the problem they had made. DONT GO THERE

Fraud, scam they are just there to Rob innocent people please avoid them they are theives
