Short summary of my experience at class hair transplant Istanbul Turkey

My Name is MME, registred Nurse with masters degree and phd candidate in community nursing and public health.
Let me start with pro: The clinic environment is very clean and exceeded my expectations.
My councilor Salman was he best. He is a kind of person that tries to help beyond business.
The two surgens during initial consult were pleasent but speaks absolutly no English. Sami the interpretor did a goof job though he had no medical background and not sure how acurate he is transilating the medical terms I was asking. Other bed side staff at class hair were good people too as a person.
My final result seems worth every pain , time and efforts.
Cons:
1:Luck of communication by the medical staffs. Doctors were the worst. They were so focussed on task and none of them introduced themselves and thier role as well as what they were

going to do.
During 8- 9 hour procedure several of staff with difrent role came did some thing and left. In most case when new person comes I had to ask what thier name and thier role in this procedure and what they are going to do. None innitiated by them.
2: Gap in Respect of personal health and information act. I have seen several people came in and talked to the staff working on me what seems to me personal mater and doors were partially left open during those instances. Imagine oprating room being left open !!!
3: luck of emotional attendance to patient. For the majority of the graft extraction process I was in serious pain. For some reason the local anesthesia was not working on me and didn't provide me adequate pain control. On the scale 1-10 I was expriancing 7/10 .
4: language barrier. Almost all day staff were talking to each other in Turkish. When I couldn't handle anymore, I innitiate conversation with them but almost immediately they continue with thier language again what I think was none clinical and personal conversations.
5: Clinical shortcomings, I had pick line insarted at about 9 am. No one flush the line with NS to keep the line open even once. I didn't want to tell them what to do so kept quite. At about 2 pm a nurse came and started a fluid and AB with out flushing. After the IV was done it was left with out claping until I noticed and tell them to clap it. That could have drawn back blood and it could have been critical incident. Finally from the pick line they try to drow blood but because the line was there with out flushing post medication it was closed. At one point I lost my temper when a nurse try to drow blood with a 5ml syringe.
My recommendations
1: There should be medical interpreter with patients through out the operation. If needed add more to the coast but very important.
2: Nurses and Doctors need to take cultural sensetivity course that will help them understand how to care for patients of diverse backgrounds.
3: At anytime one of the staff should be able to speak English it doesn't mater the nurse or the doctor.
4: provide clinical assesment and comptensey test for staff every 6- 12 months.
5: please use topical cream such as Lidocaine cream to numb the skin and ease the pain during local anesthesia injuctions. What I experienced was nothing less than torture.

After all,
Do I recommend any one to visit class hair?
Maybe and maybe not

Absolutely HORRENDOUS
Absolutely HORRENDOUS. What they have left me with is absolutely ridiculous.
They over harvested my donor area to now I have patches all around my head and a really strong dark line. They Brang 2 people in from the other clinic to help speed them up. (6 doctors) if they was actually doctors.They was rude and constantly yanking my head forward and back. 6 months in and I am still the same as I went. Worst experience of my life. Waste of money. Research your clinic first because I wish I did. They have not offered me anything but I am suppose to have a life time guarantee.

Also they use fake photos on there page with class hair on front of the building. It’s bht clinic hospital. Class hair have a few rooms inside.

It’s been two months since I had a transplant and my head is full with dandruff and dry skin and I’m losing so much hair and it looks like I didn’t have any hair transplant , i’ve tried to contact many of them but they all telling you different stories and different lies. They told me to use 3 types of shampoos but none of them work they don’t contact each other they don’t consult with each other , seven years ago, either Transplant in Hungary very successful Transplant and the doctors always respond to my emails to my message and everything went perfect . this is the worst experience I have with with her Transplant please people don’t go there. They rip your money and they don’t respond. They everything line and they don’t do the job properly. They just rushing rushing rushing the zero for me.

*Donot Come to this Clinic*
They are liars, cheaters. They just go for the money.
Their coordinators lie about the numbers of grafts they are transplanting. I was told after my photos were examined by the doctor, i will have about 4500-5500 grafts transplantation. On the operation day, after examining my doner area, the doctor told me that they are going to transplant atleast 4000 grafts. And they wanted to have me another session. I refused to have another session and i told them to have a single session and i want to have a maximun dense grafts possible and they agreed. I told this 2-3 times to the doctor.

Right before the operation, agaun i told the doctor that i just want s single session and make sure to have my bald area covered and take grafts from my beard and chest.

I kept reminding them what i want before coming to Turkey and after coming to their Clinic, discussing with the dictor i told them again and again that i want a full hair transplant in one session.

After the operation, they just transplanted about 3000 grafts and left my crown area almost 90% the same so that i come here again for another session.

When i raise my concern, the coordinator tried to give justification that that could not get more grafts from my doner area and that my skin could have damaged.

Very unprofessional behavior, one doctor said they are going to transplant 4000 grafts and the one who operated said they could not get more than 3000 grafts from back of my head, my beard and from my chest combined.

I tried to talk to manager but no one give me his number, never let me talked to him or confront any higher authority. Just gave the excuses.

After some time a coordinator came and said that we could also transplant 4000 or 5000 grafts but i would be harmful for your skin and bla bla.

Overall, they donot care what patients demand or what their need is, they just want to have money and wants you to come here again for multiple session for more money.

A very nonprofessional attitude from the doctors and from the management in general.

Anesthesia was so so painful it was intolerable …. I was shaking during the injection session for anesthesia. 20 injectction they put on my scalp .. I swear it was so painful

و لا يوجد مصداقيه في التعامل قالو لي سنزرع لك ٥٠٠٠ بصيله لكن زرعوا اقل من ذلك واخذو مني مبلغ أضافي كبير جدا لزيت اكتشفت بعدها انو زيت رخيص جدا المواصلات ايضا سيئه جدا والفندق اسوء من المتوقع .الممرضات أثناء العمليه لا يحترمون المرضى ويستخدمن برنامج التيك توك ويتبادلون النكات فوق راس المريض دون احترام للمريض ولوضعه اثناء العمليه .قابلت اكتر من شخص في تركيا اثناء اقامتي هناك وهم ايضا كانو قد زرعوا هناك ورايت النتائج وكانت سيئه جدا .بالمختصر تجربه سيئه لاانصح احد بها ابدا هم عباره عن
. شله من الكذابين والمحتالين واذا وقعت في مشكله كل شخص من الاداره يقول لك ليس من تخصص عملي منارات ان يهدر ماله ووقته فليذهب لعندهم

This company is very professional, I did hair transplant with Class Hair and the operation was very professional because of there experts knowledge in the hair transplant, around 5 doctors each one has his scope of work, I advise who is planning to make hair transplant to come to Class Hair Company.

Je vous déconseille d'aller dans cette hôpital pour les dents je crois que pour les cheveux ça va aller mais pour les dents j'ai une mauvaise expérience parce que au début ils vont tout vous expliquer bien comme il faut et que vous avez une garantie de 20 ans mais au moment où vous avez fait les les plans et si vous avez un problème il y a plus de garantie vous pouvez même pas prendre un rendez-vous avec eux sinon ils vont vous demander de payer encore alors je vous déconseille de faire les dents chez eux classeur c'était pour les cheveux alors faites attention
