Do not go to this clinic because I was there almost a years ago and that destroyed my hair, the worst doctor I have ever met! My hair look so bad…

Review of Class Hair Transplant

I regret choosing this clinic. The results are extremely disappointing. They promised a full guarantee on graft survival, but the actual number of transplanted hairs was way below what was agreed. Months after the procedure, I see almost no improvement. It feels like a complete waste of time and money.

Customer service was unhelpful and indifferent to my concerns. Communication dropped after the surgery, and no real support was provided. If you’re looking for a reliable hair transplant, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I strongly DO NOT recommend this clinic! It’s a scam at every step. They promised a 100% graft survival guarantee — but ended up transplanting a ridiculous amount of hair, and there’s almost no effect. The transplant was done so poorly that months later, nothing has changed, yet they took a lot of money. You feel completely cheated and deceived.

The staff behaves indifferent, as if they don’t care about your result. At first, all the promises are just a red herring, and then — silence. A total rip-off for anyone dreaming of a proper hair transplant.

Don’t waste your time and money on Class Hair Transplant — it’s pure disappointment!

Absolutely worst clinic in the world, major blood clots and donor area is destroyed. They have kids working on your head for hair transplant I’m not sure how turkey government has these people still operating

Why they deleted my previous feedback , this scams , very bad result of hair transplant I did it in 2022 august

Had a Hair transplant with class hair in Nov. 2022 at the BHT Clinic Istanbul Tema Hastanesi and the results, three years later are horrible. I am now more insecure to show my hairline, than I was before, because it looks incredibly artificial and simply unnatural.

We now have April 2025 and I will search a new surgeon - at a different clinic! who hopefully can fix my hairline/appearance.

The worst clinic and with beginner doctors without experience, ask you a price and I give you a motto and when AJU GI in Turkey at the clinic the price is much higher, the accommodation conditions are 2 stars and quite poor, I do not recommend.

My partner got the hair transplant done in Class hair, Istanbul in Turkey Sep 2024. We had the most frightening experience as one of the incompetent nurse stuck an 7 cm long needle while injecting Lignocaine. It is quite unfortunate that we don’t understand the language. No body informed us that this has happened. Translator was not giving proper information, he was lying and covering up the mistake and said that “there is a fluid accumulation”. Head of the nurse and another head of the clinic took us to Coolest clinic in the middle of the night, another doggy clinic, the doctor who was in the Coolest clinic cut open the scalp and inserted his fingers 360 motion looking for the needle with the mobile phone light as there was no adequate lighting.

My partner is still having intermittent headaches form the cut opening in the scalp and most of the transplanted hair has fallen and transplant was not success.
I am a registered nurse from Australia and have been questioning and watching the poor standard of practise, unsterile procedures and incompetence of the staff is quite devastated and regret choosing Class hair for hair transplant.

Overall, not a reliable place for non English speaking patients.

I had my hair transplant 2 years ago now. I am from the UK and dealt with manaf (agent) who was very helpful. I booked I think 4 nights as I didn't want to be rushed. Think they cater better towards other non English countries in regards to communication on the day. But I was happy with the price which included accommodation and transfers. I requested a hotel by the one of the main high streets and it was perfect location. On the day if procedure it was a long day I got there early and was one of the last ones they started, procedure was around 6 hours mainly building my receding hairline. I was offered some upsetting of putting grafts in some sort of fridge and solution but I was like no thanks. My donor area was good. So procedure as I was expecting, the doctor removes the grafts and then the technicians insert the grafts think they included some prp and after care kit, antibiotics etc. I made the mistake of not resting as I should have and went on a long walk to the old city the next day which resulted in me have some facial swelling when I returned back to UK looked like I had done 10 rounds. In any case the results I'm very happy my hairline is better than when I was younger and I'm very happy with the results. I think you pay for what you get and at the price point I paid I was very happy with process. Yes they are definitely a higher volume company meaning they do alot of procedures in a day but that's why it was value for money.
