Clacton Pier Recenzje 

Absolutely disgusting service, booked my child’s birthday party at the pier, spent hundreds (plus extra on the day for additional adults and extra for the Sidney mascot)
Staff were late for greeting us, we had to go twice and find them to remind them we were here
Party host was virtually useless (which I can understand it was a busy day however the amount we paid all staff involved should’ve made more effort) no juice jugs on the table when we arrived, had to notify staff, paid extra for the mascot appearance however was there for all of 5 minutes and offered no photo opportunities, lots more issues with the service however to much to type
When I contacted the pier about my issues with the party they were extremely unhelpful, offered absolutely no resolutions or explanations at all, simply said they were following guidelines (they must be some very loose guidelines in order to be able to have this much leeway!)

Would not recommend, has put me off using the whole of clacton pier again, which is a shame as I regularly came here before this, do not waste your time or your money! They do not care about the customer whatsoever

I went on the wild mouse coaster and Samuel was absolutely amazing. My son was a little nervous at first but Samuel eased that with a dance and a high five every time we went round. His energy and customer service was amazing, thank you!

It was our first time taking our boys to Clacton, they enjoyed the rides and had a great time.
I would like to personally thank Tayler -Jean who was working on the “wild mouse coaster” our boys were on the ride when heavy rain came down so she said we could stand under the little canopy where the photo’s were printed out, we had a conversation that it’s our first time bringing the boys here, she was really helpful as we were trying to get a photo of the boys on the ride (harder than you think lol ) in the end we did manage to get a photo magnet, but Tayler-Jean finished work and came to find us, which was really nice of her. She said enjoy the rest of our time here.

Plenty of fun activities for all the family at a reasonable cost particularly if bought in advance. Staff were so helpful, approachable and efficient. In particular Elsie on the ice cream stall on the approach to the pier was lovely, as was her gentleman colleague. Thank you all for a happy few hours spent with our young granddaughter.

My wife came with my daughter to buy some Churros and the stand was in the middle of closing, to avoid disappointment the staff Tina, Harmony and Eleanor agreed to serve her, the churros are the best and always fresh would recommend. Thank you

We visited for the day yesterday (m41, f41, m7 and f4) and I have to say we had the most wonderful time. The staff really made our experience. They were so friendly, happy and polite and really made our day! We live on the coast (2.5hours away) and we noticed the amenities and pier at Clacton were miles better than ours back home on the South coast. The beach was clean, toilets were clean. Games and rides were exciting and great value with the wrist band (we only wish we had known to pre book for cheaper rate).
Special shout out to Lilly who helped us when our ASD son revealed he had removed said band and binned it! She had another sent to us and they used a stamp for his hand so he didn’t have to have the band back on. Not long after this dilemma my little girl fell down the step and cut her leg quite badly. Lilly helped to call first aid and Isobel came
to rescue, along with Adam (security). Both of these two were amazing and I was so grateful for their calm, friendly manner. They put my little girl (and her Mummy) at ease straight away! Samuel and the ride operators were great with their dancing and great moods. Thank you so much ☺️

Our favourite day out. We’ve had annual passes for a while and love that it changes so much. All the staff are wonderful. My son’s favourites are Kasey and Callum, so friendly and helpful. Love coming for the fireworks.

Staff are extremely helpful, friendly , polite ect the rides are brilliantly fun everyone should come here it’s a fantastic day out I love coming here Im lost for words how brilliant and fantastic this place is I cannot describe just how beautiful layout it really is there are loads of facilities and everything is great value for money they are also accommodating towards disabled visitors and make them feel really included in the fun and all round it’s just an amazing,fun place to take the whole family any time of the year for the best day out ever with amazing friendly staff.Also the rides are so much fun 😃.

Clive was good and nice but matthew will always be best no1 can beat matthew if you try u will fail but my experience was good anyway wouldve been better if matthew was working today 😭

Had a lovely family day out here yesterday. Every time we come the kids look out for Sam on the rides, he's so interactive with the kids and makes them laugh so much, they love him! We also had a nice chat with Rowan when we was getting our ride photos. He's the only worker who has ever told us that we can scan the qr code on our receipt to get a digital version of our photo to which was amazing to find out. He was fun and we had a laugh while he got our keyring ready 😁 great day and we can't wait to go back with our updated pier passes 🙌🏻🥳🎉

We had a lovely old fashioned day at the beach and pier Lots of varied rides for all ages and the staff were friendly
Especially Clive Wilcox on the bumper cars very attentive and friendly to my young grandkids

Abby & Elsie were fantastic and lovely people thanks for the ice cream

The manager is very kind and they even told their name which is :Elsie. customer support overall good and they gave me what I want:) From Christopher :age 9

Just wanted to leave a review to shout out Clive Wilcox for his fantastic care of the kids on the dodgems today. My son was struggling with controlling the cars and I was unable to ride with him as I was looking after his little sister. Clive, without asking, jumped in and helped my son with an impromptu driving lesson! It was such a kind gesture and helped my son feel more included. Thanks Clive, you're a legend.

Me my dad and brother went on the water log ride and Jessica was very helpful when it came to buying photos. She helped us with the 3 for £15 deal as we was silly enough not to do it sooner. She was very helpful and kind and made the experience good. Thanks Jessica
