Clacton Pier Recenzje 

I would like to thank Terri and Peter for doing a brilliant job, while me and my mum was on the machines we had a group of men watching us, following us and speaking in the language to us which made us feel intimidated and scared. We told Peter who immediately told us not to worry and that he will stay down with us. Terri the night security man went above and beyond his job and even walked us to our car to make sure we was safe.

Kasey and Samuel gave us a real good spin on the wheel. What can I say A grader spinners. Good vibes. Would ride again.

Big wheel mk & Nikita was very friendly and helpful.

The air show was ok could of been a bit better with the plane show they could of shown a bit more of what they could do

Whilst visiting the pier, my children wanted to go on some rides. They went on the Miami ride that was being run by Kasey and Sam. Both these operators were amazing, just the kind of people you'd want for a children's ride. They interacted with the children the whole time. My youngest daughter (who loves to dance and sing) hasn't stopped talking about Sam, who sang and danced with her the whole time she was on the ride. A memory she (and i) will cherish for a long time. Thank you Kasey and Sam!

Visited the 2p machines in the pier yesterday to which we were greeted by the most rude worker I’ve ever come across clearly hates his job as witnessed him also be rude to other people while there so completely avoided talking to him or asking for help accused us of banging on the glass to which we had an excited 18month old with us excited to win and most definitely wasn’t banging on the glass was pointing out what he’d won even a simple “please remember not to touch the glass” would’ve been nice not DO NOT BANG ON THE GLASS and the overall look on his face was disgusting needs some work on customer service skills or the sack in my opinion this was mark with the glasses and bald head also instead of politely asking us to not let my 18th month old sit on top of the machine instead of saying “he can’t be on there” we didn’t know he wasn’t able to just sit on the top so he was able to take part putting 2ps into the machine as otherwise he can’t reach. i’ve just had surgery so i am unable to hold him hence why he was just sat on the top as i cannot keep picking him up. we wasn’t meant to know the rules and all he had to do was to politely ask us to please not let him sit on there

Scary but safe on Clacton Pier.

The company does everything great they listen and all the staff are friendly and helpful

We had a great day with free wristbands from Barnardos yesterday. Staff were great, queues were ok. One particular staff member stood out, he served us on two rides and was great with the children, he was fun, enthisiastic and smiley.. his name was Samuel C

Harry B was so wonderful to my little girl. She was very nervous about the Go Karting and he asked a colleague to go on with her and ride behind her. She was the only one on the ride and had such an amazing experience. Thank you so much Harry! Xx

Really fun experiences here, lovely restaurant at the front with live music, good rides and arcade machines

The clacton pier was great as usual all the staff are wonderful and a special thank you to miles for helping my partner out while she was sick in to a bags and help ourselves to tissues aswel all deserved a praise.

We are customer 501 and we couldn't thank Natasha and Charlotte enough. We thank for the amazing service and food was amazing!!!!! Thank you for Jincy and Isco for their fantastic food, my picky eater has enjoyed all of his meal. We are forever grateful as a family and couldn't appreciate it enough

Tayler-Jean from the Photo Booth by the big rollercoaster is fantastic! They helped me understand the process and offered all available options. What a fantastic credit to the whole experience.
All rides are so much fun and the queues were not long at all. We had a blast!

Good day out but was left with bruises on my arms and legs from a ride called twister due to the ride being to fast. I found myself smashing into the side of the ride cart, been on many other twister rides and have never been left bruised in any way.

Great day out. Our favourite ride was the log flumes with Harry B and Jake on the entrance and exit, friendly lads and very enthusiastic. Low queue times for all rides. A great day out for all!

Amazing experience at clacton pier, harry b served us at the go karts and was informative, and patient with my son who is adhd. Great trip!

Samuel was patient and helpful with our son, who has special needs.

I went to the gift shop and brought some pick and mix sweets for my daughter and was served by a lovely lady called Rebecca, she was an absolute dream! All the staff interactions on Clacton pier are amazing!

Absolutely disgusting service, booked my child’s birthday party at the pier, spent hundreds (plus extra on the day for additional adults and extra for the Sidney mascot)
Staff were late for greeting us, we had to go twice and find them to remind them we were here
Party host was virtually useless (which I can understand it was a busy day however the amount we paid all staff involved should’ve made more effort) no juice jugs on the table when we arrived, had to notify staff, paid extra for the mascot appearance however was there for all of 5 minutes and offered no photo opportunities, lots more issues with the service however to much to type
When I contacted the pier about my issues with the party they were extremely unhelpful, offered absolutely no resolutions or explanations at all, simply said they were following guidelines (they must be some very loose guidelines in order to be able to have this much leeway!)

Would not recommend, has put me off using the whole of clacton pier again, which is a shame as I regularly came here before this, do not waste your time or your money! They do not care about the customer whatsoever
