Great staff experience
Even on a wet day all the staff were happy and interactive. A big thankyou to Abby in the kiosk for making my little ones day talking and making him laugh when he was ordering ice cream 😀

Elsie was very friendly and helpful when helping my family decide on what to eat after a busy time in soft play. We decided on delicious donuts and they were amazing!

Lots to do
A busy pier with lots of attractions.
The dino ride staff were super helpful. Hopefully I've got everyone, but Ellie, Mollie, Olivia and Ruben made it special.
There was also Tina who seemed to be everywhere but was always going the extra yard to make sure people were enjoying themselves.

Kasey P served us on a few rides today and was amazing and accommodating, would have been nice for the rides to be open longer not closing at 3pm instead of 5pm

Samuel is the GOAT, he was very helpful when it came to the ride instructions and the best part is that he danced with me 10/10. (his workmate was also very cool and professional). I live in Spain and would go back just to listen to the ride instructions. I recommend this lovely place and obviously the one and only Samuel.

Bowling party
We have just had my daughter’s 9th birthday at the bowling centre on clacton pier. Booking the party was super easy via their website and when I phoned with questions nearer the time the staff I spoke to on reception and then in the party department were incredibly polite and helpful.
On the day each of the team members which we interacted with were very welcoming and assisted us with any queries. The party host Melissa met us and took time to explain the “running order” of the party and stayed with our group whilst they ate their dinner dealing with any of the children’s needs. She was lovely and very professional, so thank you Melissa for giving our party a lovely time!

Excellent meal
We went to the Boardwalk bar and grill. We the over 60's lunch time deal we had 1 Cod and chips and 1 scampi and chips then 1 biscoff cheesecake and 1chocolate fudge cake with cream. I have got to say the meal was excellent and the staff very friendly and professional. I personally told the chef we really had a wonderful meal one of the best we have had at a seaside bar. We would definitely 100%recommend it to anyone. Each 2 course meal was £9.99 bargain
