I have had no problems with Chinavasion, so far and I hope it continues that way.
Their service is excellent.

This was my first time ordering from Chinavasion and like most people who do a lot of online shopping, one does some research about the company beforehand. That's exactly what I did with Chinavasion and was very surprised to read more than a few bad comments from previous consumers?

The very thing we dread the most when it comes to online merchandise companies is the posted reviews of people who had bad experiences with either the devices, shipping/returning, customer service, etc.. We'll, I'm here to tell you that I didn't experience any of those issues with Chinavasion whatsoever? My order arrived about 10 days (on time) to me. The tracking (17 Track) was on time and very consistent with up to date tracking information.

Chinavasion has a huge inventory of smartphoness/rugged phones that most people haven't seen before, and the prices are competitive. It's almost too good to be true, but it really is that good ( at least in my opinion)?

Would I order something from them again? Absolutely...with no hesitation.

Great Service

This review concerns a recent purchase of Vision 800 3D video glasses from Chinavasion. I bought these primarily for use as first person view glasses while operating a quadcopter (AR.Drone). The website description is accurate and useful. One of the audio cables was defective but Chinavasion replaced it at no charge. Unfortunately the field of view is only about 20-25 degrees; contrast that with a 5.5in smartphone in a video glasses headset where the FOV is greater than 100 degrees. These glasses are useful for FPV quadcopter control but not as immersive as smartphone based solutions.

My Jumper EZbook 2 4GB 64GB SSD does not overheat at all. I am very glad. I bought this Mac book Air Clone the January 20th. They perfectly solved the overheating issue. I am going to install Linux Ubuntu 16.10. Since Windows 10 failed to self-install. I will inform you guys in 3 days time how is it working the WiFi, touchpad, etc. See you on Tuesday. This review is a little late, but it must be shared. I lost my son's drone about the end of November and was frantically shopping around for a replacement. I found the best prices on Chinese websites but many were too difficult to navigate. I found chinavasion and chatted to an online consultant who was very helpful in putting together a handful of options so I could order. I was so happy with the service that I went ahead and bought a drone, but maybe too happy because I ordered the wrong thing. I didn't even realize it until I got an email from customer support clarifying the purchase and only then I realized my mistake. A quick email and my order was rectified. I just paid the difference in price and then forgot about it until mid December when the couriers called to arrange dropoff. This was an especially pleasant suprise because we were leaving for our holiday the next day and my son was so over the moon. Thank you chinavasion.

Chinavasion had a good track record for me until one blip in the whole scheme of things made me stop and think twice about doing business with them.
Pricing was alway very competitive and they were always abreast of the times but lengthy delivery was always a problem and warranties are questionable. Return of faulty goods is at the expense of the purchaser which I find hard to swallow. Ok, the goods may be repaired if faulty but that extra cost of returning goods to action assessment and repairs makes the initial inviting price not so inviting. The time taken to return goods, have them assessed, repaired and returned to you can be months.
My advise would be to avoid purchasing anything from Chinavasion which has moving parts. Rather pick a local supplier who is probably not that much more expensive and who you can return faulty goods to either free or at local postal costs.

“ First time that i placed an order, all went fine till arriving at local country, then parcel was held for a month at customs.... But Chinavision did well as expected. So no problems ! ” ordered 3D glasses on November 30, parcel send on December 8, arrived at local country on December 24 and delivered at home today January 17
