I ordered several items and pay thrue paypal. I haven't recivied anything for ten days. I try to contact by email and phone, but I never get any answer. Finaly I contact with paypal and get my money back. If you want a headache then please feel free to shop from chicken- house .co.uk.

This is a really difficult review to do. The products and price are great, best I've found, but the company is really let down by its customer service.

On receiving my first order the 5L of poultry shield was missing. I contacted the company via the help desk with no response and after numerous phone calls finally someone answered and promised to look into it. I heard nothing more and so telephoned yet again, the gentleman was incredibly rude on the phone and more or less accused me of lying about the non-receipt. He eventually agreed to send the missing product "this time".

I have just utilised the company again (I thought I would give them another chance) and whilst the bulk of the order was delivered quickly, I am missing a plastic drinker and "chick-lit". I telephoned and was told they would be sent on when one of the products came back into stock but that was over 2 weeks ago. The website has now been changed so there is no telephone number and attempts to contact via the help desk have come to nothing. I have seen lots of comments on line recently which echo my experience so I will be avoiding this company for the foreseeable future.

I placed an order with this company on 12/6/14 and the goods were duly received but without any instructions. I tried to get in touch by phone but it seems the only way to contact this company is by a queueing system of email, so I sent one 17/6/14 to which I received an automated response. I repeatedly tried to phone and finally got through to be told they would look out for my email. Daily monitoring of how my problem was being actioned showed no progress, and lack of contact by the company prompted me to request to return the item on 27/6/14 (by email again). This also sat in the queue with no action by the company, but on 7/7/14 I did notice both these problems now had "solved" recorded against them. But still no response or contact! Nothing has happened! I have now contacted my credit card company who are in the process of dealing with a refund of my payment.

Ordered the goods, paid about 80p extra for first class post, received them the next day. They were well packed, as advertised and in one piece. Perfect service!

Service is usually very good, but on my last order, the supplier let Wells Poultry down and my delivery was delayed. Okay, not the fault of Wells Poultry, but a quick email from them to let me know about the problem would have been appreciated.

Some suppliers will not deliver to N.I. or try to charge the earth. This company shows them all up

Chickens took about 10 days to get used to it and then it has worked fine and saved us considerable amount of chicken food. The only down side is the sharp edges on which I cut myself while I was putting it together.
