I purchased the Cheerble Ball online.
My parents have an overweight cat and this was a great toy for him to engage with for some exercise.
Good quick shipping and communication around this.

I ordered the board game for my cats and the wicked ball for my dogs. They are all obsessed with their toys! I thought my shy dog might be scared of the ball, but he absolutely loves it and goes crazy every time I get it out and turn it on. The cats love napping and playing with their board game and ball! I have purchased kitty springs through Cheerble and the experience has been exceptional! First, the kitty spring is a truly great water system for cats of all ages. Second, the customer service I received was phenomenal. They foresaw a delay in delivery and promptly reached out to me to keep me in the loop, and honestly my product arrived in time anyway. Excellent products and team!

First off this company is awesome. I mistakingly bought the wrong size and they have been very fast in responses and understanding. As for the product it’s also amazing. My pets love it. It’s easy to charge, holds a charge for awhile, has simple settings, and keeps my pets occupied when I don’t always have the time to. I love it and most importantly they do too.

Stars in this review more reflective of reimbursement offer than recommendation. It does what it says it'll do, unfortunately, what it says it will do is not what was actually portrayed in the video ad. Basically it jiggles every so often and makes an angry whirring noise. Very infrequently it will do a slow meander that can not move on carpet. Three different dogs ages 1, 4, and 10 all ignored it completely over the course of the week we've had it.

My cats love this ball. They play with it all the time. They like chasing it. They have fun all day long. I love watching them. I also.live how easy it is to charge and that it is smart so it doesn't get stuck under furniture. Great product!

I found Cheerable while looking at a Kick Starter campaign for a water foundation. While waiting for the future water foundation I found their cheerable ball an interesting toy for my 5 months old kitten.

Upon my order I had put in the address incorrect and reached out to customer care service and I got a response right away for the update. I also experienced battery issued with the received product and a replacement product was sent to me in timely matter. I am waiting for more innovative product from Cheerable because my kitten is fan.

Super product, this will intertain you pet for hours. Easy to navigate website, received my products very fast.
All in all a great exeperince

This toy gets my cat up and moving! Although she doesn't chase it all that much, it still gets her up and stalking/watching the toy as it moves around. For fun, I added a feather toy on it with the bell because she can't resist a feather! Great product, I love knowing she has a few hours of entertainment while I am at work thought the day.

The toy is great. MY cat is now always entertained and it also helps me to exercise daily

The best cat Water dish! My cat didn't like the electric ones so we tried this and she loves watching the bubbles. Easy to clean, plastic seems good, doesnt have a smell. This order was fast shipping.

The Kitty fountain arrived fast and without any problems, shipping cost were reasonable, and the fountain itself is the best on the market.

Great toy! My puppy really loves it. My only reservation is that I have tiled floors, and because the ball is made out of hard plastic, it's very loud when it rolls!
Otherwise, it's well made and moves exactly as stated.

My cat loves the kitidot - it keeps him really engaged and entertained. Cheerble has really good customer service as well.

Item works somewhat but it is NOT smart at all, only does anything when connected to phone and has to be reconnected to phone manually every time you want to use. However the worst part is my dog (french bull terrier) is not in the least bit stimulated by this supposedly smart toy...

Our girls love using this as a bed and scratcher. They also love to hide behind or in the board game when playing with a wand. They also enjoy playing with the wicked ball however they prefer to chase things dangling from a wand. I may need to get another one so they don’t fight over it
