I phoned up about kia part at 9am lines where engaged so i rang back the parts department 16 times every time i rang they just hung up on me so i rang sales department 4 times who put me through to parts only to be cut off again 1.45mins later still no answer kia Newtownabbey useless customer service.

I had my Lexus rc300h serviced at the Boucher Road branch recently and the experience was great from reception to hand back. They send a video of the car up on the ramp with the engineer giving an explanation of the service ( this is standard for Lexus generally) I have had my car for 8 years now and still love it and I’ve only replaced the usual wearable parts in that time,, it’s been a very reliable car and has never let me down 👏

From start to finish my experience at Charles Hurst in Portadown was excellent...Service manager Brian ensured everything ran like clockwork on the day I left my car in for it's annual service...His consideration for the customer and attention to detail was excellent.

Avoid,stay well away, waiting one and a half years for a part, car has been in four times,between lisburn and Boucher, they did fit a part six months ago but it didn't resolve problem they don't return calls, avoid you when you're in,say they are at meeting, pass the buck disgraceful, will never buy another car or have any dealings with them again, hope part can be fitted ASAP.

Excellent service from Chris from start to finish when purchasing a new car for my wife.
0 from me . Bought a 2021 jaguar from lookers London last year which was owned by jaguar from new . January 2024 the front two seats started to come apart and both front and rear cameras quit . Booked in with Charles hurst Boucher road (now owned by lookers ) earliest date was 29feb . Turned up that morning and left the car and was then contacted after lunch to say they couldn’t do anything as their system was down . Next available date was 21st May . 5 months wait in total .
Left the car in on the 21st May (2 day job) and no courtesy car offered although they did offer a taxi to the train station (never happened ended up walking ) . I was to get a callback from the service manager which never happened either . Rang me 22nd to say the seats were fixed but couldn’t fix the cameras as the wires had been cut . Told me the car had been in for a bodywork repair in 2019. My car was only built in 2021 . Crazy . Why didn’t they rejoin the wires when they had the car stripped . I would have paid for it . My experience was shocking from start to finish . This is my 3rd jaguar and will certainly be my last . 5 months is far to long to wait and my problem is still not fixed . I will be bringing my business elsewhere . Feeling sad

On behalf of my mum. Very poor customer service. Car was booked in for a service. Day before this the car was towed in however it took multiple phone calls from my mum, myself and my wife to get anyone interested in moving the car over to Renault. In addition, you failed to provide a battery in due time leaving me without the car for a further 24hrs and no courtesy car was provided. Staff were broadly unhelpful other than the supervisor/ manager who made a limited attempt to assist.
