Title: Disappointed with repair service at High Wycombe branch

I’ve been renting through Chancellors High Wycombe and I’m really disappointed with how long it’s taking to get some basic repairs sorted.
For the past 6 months I’ve emailed multiple times about the broken front door to the building, but haven’t received any response. I’ve had to temporarily prop it open with a brick so I can get in and out, which unfortunately has led to several packages being stolen. The kitchen lights have also stopped working for nearly 2 months with no action.
I’d really appreciate it if the team could look into fixing the door and lights soon, as secure access and working electrics make a big difference. I’ve kept records of everything and would be grateful for an update.

My tenants recently vacated and Libby, property manager, handled all aspects of the process efficiently and effectively. She kept in contact with me and worked tirelessly on my behalf to resolve the few issues that did arise to my satisfaction.

Molly has a professional and friendly approach. She has dealt with issues both promptly and effectively, giving me confidence and peace of mind as a landlord.

The turnaround time with a new maintenance issue was fantastic. I sent an email to Chancellors to report a new (non-urgent) fault, received a phone call from Liveta almost immediately to confirm fault details and availability for a visit/repair. Liveta coordinated approval from the landlord and soon after a maintenance company called to check a couple of specifics and when would be convenient to come to the property. The whole issue was resolved perfectly within 24-hours, and I received a follow-up email and call from Liveta to confirm I was satisfied with it all. Couldn't be happier with this service and with my Chancellors experience overall.
