Mauvaise taille reçu, remboursement a mis 13 jours, service client (chat) limite impolie ,doit repayer frais de port alors que la faute ne m incombe pas, je déconseille!
Du coup j ai supprimé mon compte.

Avevo comperato due paia di scarpe anni fa con questo marchio, ne ho comprato tre paia qualche giorno fa e ho notato che la qualità è calata tantissimo. Un modello (preso con due colorazioni differenti) emette un rumore quando si cammina, l'altro modello invece fa male ai piedi solo a provarlo, anche provando a sostituire le loro solette con alcune al gel in mio possesso. E la beffa è che si vantano del "reso gratuito", ma non parlano della percentuale che non rimborsano quando effettui un reso, 6 euro per ogni scarpa dal valore di 36 euro. E sul loro sito non sono riuscito a trovare dove indicato che il rimborso in caso di reso è parziale.

I tried to buy an XL from their site. Selected XL. Checked the order confirmation. They had sold me an XS. I contacted support and was told the order couldn’t be changed and I would have to return the item for a refund. I figured it was my mistake.

Having returned the item, I just made another purchase of an XL item to rectify the ‘mistake’. Made sure to select XL. Paid via Apple Pay, with no review step possible. Checked order confirmation - they had sold me another XS.

Literally scammers. They’re offloading dead stock by making it look like every size is available for sale items, then shipping out dead stock in the wrong size regardless of your selection.

I have been offered a 50% refund on my order for an American Made hoody. So somewhat mitigated.
I paid a premium for it and expected a premium product like the Champion vintage ones. After 2 washes at the instructed temperature it shrunk and completely lost its shape.
Looks like China may actually produce better quality now

Il servizio store on line è INDECENTE.
Il primo ordine annullato dopo 3 giorni senza spiegazioni, il secondo è ancora nell'etere......fatto 6 solleciti telefonici e NON ho ne l'abbigliamento ordinato nè il rimborso!!!!! Non ordinerò MAI più.
Unica nota positiva la gentilezza dell'operatrice del servizio clienti.

Ils ont reçu mon retour depuis un mois et ne m'ont toujours pas remboursé.
Me répondent à chaque fois d'être patient et que ça va arriver et ils ne se passent rien.
Je commence fortement à douter de leur honnêteté.

Hier sollte man ausschließlich mit Paypal zahlen, damit man Käuferschutz genießt.
Der Versand mit GLS ist eine einzige Katastrophe, die "Kommunikation" mit Championstore ebenso. Meine Bestellung befand sich auf diversen Irrwegen, bis sie an Championstore zurück ging. Ich hatte am 9. Januar bestellt und habe bis heute - vier Wochen später - keine Gutschrift des Kaufbetrages erhalten und deshalb bei Paypal Antrag auf Käuferschutz gestellt.

I attempted to return an item bought for my son at Christmas. Their customer service is appalling. Communication is impossible. Every telephone number I tried in order to alert them to my return was unavailable and the email addresses did not function at this time.

When I did finally manage to send an email they stated that the purchase was outside the 14 day period. This precludes anyone from being able to buy an item to send as a Christmas gift. Indeed any decent company extends their return period over that time of year in order to give a reasonable amount of leeway.

Do not waste your money!

Dopo una settimana di attesa arriva la mail con il rimborso (che riceverai dopo i tempi tecnici ovviamente). Ordine annullato senza spiegazione alcuna, tra l'altro erano cose che mi servivano prima di partire per un viaggio. Chiamo il call center, mi dicono che la merce non era disponibile. Dalle recensioni si evince che è d'abitudine. Ottimo lavoro per sopravvivere nella moda di questi tempi.

Fehlerhafter Artikel, Erstattung nach gefühlt 10000 Anfragen zugesichert. Wieder 100 Mal auf Englisch mit denen telefoniert immernoch nichts passiert, einfach der schlimmste Kundenservice, ever! Ich bestelle nie wieder dort.

My order was not sent in time, it did not even leave a warehouse but I can not even cancel it. The information given from one operator does not match the information given by another operator, you can not trust to their delivery time.

Schlechte Produktqualität, Rückversand hat nicht funktioniert.

Ich kann jedem nur abraten bei diesem unseriösen Onlineshop zu bestellen.

DHL Rücksendeetikett, dass im Paket beigelegt war, funktioniert nicht!
