Habe auch schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Bestellung nicht erhalten. Schlechte Hilfestellung. Ich soll mich mit dem Kurier in Verbindung setzen. Seit wann macht das der Empfänger? Das ist Sache des Versenders . Nun keine Antwort mehr. Habe mir das Geld über Paypal zurückgeholt. Danke Paypal !

Schuh nach 4 Wochen, nicht täglichem, Tragen kaputt. Keine Rückerstattung bzw. Umtausch. Nach 2. Mail, Angebot von 20% auf den nächsten Einkauf. Definitiv wird es keine 2. Bestellung geben!

Very disappointed with the service, I was not in, and Champion’s couriers, FedEx, left my parcel outside my flat in a high-theft area in Hackney. I now have to jump through hoops to retrieve my money back.

Un desastre la postventa.Devolver pedido a veces se convierte en empresa imposible por tema de etiquetas. No hacen caso a los email. Consejo, si les gusta la marca compren a traves de terceros, por ej a traves de Zalando, plataforma que destaca por su gran servicio a sus clientes

Purchased some bits online. FedEx delivery was delayed and when it finally arrived, was dumped outside of my door in the rain unannounced. My delivery had disappeared! Complained to FedEx who stated they had no obligation to ring my door bell so escalated to Championstore.com who took weeks to reply and said "ask your neighbours".

Commande passée le 28 janvier, pas de délai annonce .
.en " transit " ou ???? le 3 février, depuis plus aucune nouvelle.... aucun moyen pour suivre la commande.
Malgré plusieurs mails.
Très déçue du procédé .
J ai annulé la commande.

Bestellung CHP543999 wurde vollständig bezahlt (265,75 €). Anschließend habe ich die betreffenden Artikel ordnungsgemäß über das Rücksendesystem des Shops zurückgeschickt – mit dem vom Verkäufer bereitgestellten Rücksendeetikett und nachweislicher DHL-Zustellung.

Trotzdem wurde bis heute keinerlei Erstattung vorgenommen.

Konkret:
• Gesamtzahlung: 265,75 €
• Betrag, der nach Rücksendung erstattet werden muss: 212,86 €
• Betrag, der nach deren eigener Abwicklung als „richtiger Betrag“ verbleibt: 52,89 €
• Tatsächlich erstattet: 0,00 €

Ware ist weg, Geld bleibt beim Verkäufer – und auf Nachfragen kommt entweder gar nichts oder nur Ausflüchte. So stellt man sich seriösen Onlinehandel nicht vor. Extrem enttäuschend und absolut nicht kundenfreundlich.

Hice un pedido de varios artículos por valor de 100 euros. Me mandan un paquete equivocado donde sólo venía un artículo (ni siquiera uno que había pedido). Les he escrito dos veces por correo electrónico. He llamado dos veces por teléfono y he intentado por el chat. No te dan ningún número de reclamación. No han contestado a mis correos. Cada vez que hablo con alguien a través del chat cortan la conversación cuando les digo lo que ha pasado. Tengo varios pantallazos de las conversaciones.

Se fosse possibile valuterei la mia esperienza con 0 stelle.
Ho effettuato un ordine in data 2/02 scegliendo e pagando la spedizione express.
Ad oggi non ho ricevuto nè il prodotto ordinato, nè riscontro da parte del servizio clienti nonostante le numerose richieste telefoniche e via mail.
Pertanto mi ritrovo in questa spiacevole situazione, dal momento che l’ordine mi serviva con urgenza entro la data odierna.
Mi ritrovo costretta ad annullare l’ordine, qualora non ricevessi nessuna risposta.

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA, FATTO ORDINE, PASSATO PAGAMENTO IMMEDIATO SU PAYPAL, MAI RICEVUTA NESSUNA CONFERMA D'ORDINE , NON RISPONDONO NE' ALLE MAIL, NE' SULLA CHAT DEL SITO, NON CONTATTI TELEFONICI ITALIANI E QALL'ESTERO TI DICONO DI SCRIVERE MAIL MA IN REALTA' NON RISPONDE NESSUNO

Gli articoli che acquistate non arriveranno mai.

Ho fatto un ordine molto costoso ma non mi è arrivato niente. Non si riesce a mettersi in contatto con il servizio clienti. Mi sento truffato. Penso che andrò in un negozio a chiedere spiegazioni e se non funziona procederò per vie legali.

Absolutely awful.
I made an order and paid for it via PayPal.
Champion in their wisdom then decided to complete my address details for me based on a previous order I made several years ago without giving me a chance to confirm.
I no longer live at that address!
The address is not even on my PayPal!
I contacted their customer service straight away to request the item be sent to the correct address.
They said they could not do this. This is before the item has been dispatched.
I asked to cancel.
They said they could not do this. I repeat - this is before the item has been dispatched! Apparently it’s against their procedures. What sort of policy is this? A STUPID AND UNFAIR ONE.

I wish I had read the reviews on here because I doubt they will send the order anyway. I am now out nearly £100 for nothing.
They are scammers pure and simple.

Even if they do send the items to the WRONG ADDRESS there is no way I can get there to retrieve them.

I am really disappointed as I used to love the brand. I strongly advise against purchasing from their store at all costs. I will personally never buy a Champion product again.

Disgraceful - look at the other reviews. No idea how they are even allowed to operate. A fallen giant. AWFUL COMPANY.

Es desesperante, la atención al cliente es NULA, ni llamadas, ni emails y ni hablemos del chat bot, no contestan nada por ningún medio, quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero, os llegó el día 19 la devolución de las prendas, lo único que queda parece es una reclamación a consumo

Sono stato addebitato per l’intero ordine, ma ho ricevuto solo metà dei prodotti.
L’assistenza clienti non risponde e la situazione non viene risolta.
Costretto ad aprire una contestazione con American Express.
Inaccettabile.

I propose to unite and submit to Interpol, these are definitely scammers. We paid the order on December 3rd and did not receive anything. The DHL link is not updated. They do not respond to e-mails.
We submitted complaints to AGCM and ECC-net. This is the supervision and protection rights of the buyer.

Servizio assente. Non rispondono nè alle mail nè al telefono. Ho pertanto inviato disdetta dell'ordine fatto ai sensi ai sensi del D. Lgs. n. 206/2005 art. 52 e seguenti. Che nel 2026 ci siano ancora aziende con tale rapporto verso la clientela implica una disfunzione organica, non può essere un momento o un caso. Mi chiedo come sia possibile, dopo tutte le segnalazioni, che nessuna autorità intervenga. Scandaloso!

Dopo recensione su Trustpilot ed n messaggi, ieri pomerriggio ho finalmente ricevuto messaggio e-mail con indicazioni di tracking della spedizione.
Attendo la ricezione a seguito della quale aggiornerò la recensione a beneficio di tutti

I have been waiting for my order (CHP529112) placed on December 8, 2025. While the store claims it is "on the way" and tells me to be patient, the official DHL tracking history proves otherwise.
The status has been stuck on "Order data transmitted electronically" since December 8. This means the package was never physically handed over to DHL. They only created the label and did nothing else for over a month! Customer service refuses to refund me and keeps using "high volume" as an excuse while they haven't even shipped the item. This is deceptive and unacceptable. Avoid this store at all costs!
