Ordering was so easy, the website so easy to use, the product was far away a lot better than expected, which I was delighted with, and it was well packaged.

Trophy was delivered promptly. However, the quality was extremely poor - very bright fake gold plastic, not at all worth the money. Similar could be found in a cheap ship as a stocking filler. Absolutely cannot use it as the school trophy it was purchased for. Cannot return as the small plaque that was engraved means it is non-returnable.
Absolutely awful product and I have wasted my money.

We have used Challenge repeatedly over several years and always get good service even though we are not hugely significant spenders. Our details are remembered and the results are prompt and accurate. Thanks

Good trophies & delivery

Company provide wide range of good quality trophies. Engraving is only additional 99p per trophy. Company contacted me to offer to put my organisation's own logo for centre on trophies instead of generic centre at no extra cost. Items were well packed and arrived on time.

Good selection, price and delivery. Product well wrapped. The engraving was very good. Very pleased with the trophy that was perfect for our need and well received.

purchased a batch of trophies for a presentation, They turned up on time and looked great. I'd not ticked a box for all trophies to have the same engraving on the front. Instead of the trophies turning up and it being a drama.... I received a email asking if this had been a mistake. Great service! Lisa was brilliant. Can't recommend these guys enough
