Have been using the company for a number of years but more so for the last 3 . There is another order about to come during this coming week, I would not consider using anyone else and at times I have told other clubs to use Challenge Trophies.

What a great firm. I had forgotten to order a trophy until four days before the event, I was e-mailed outside office hours to say they would do their very best. It arrived with two days in hand well packed and perfect.

This company left us down with the delivery of the trophies and medals on time for our event.
We ordered them 8 days before the event with an express delivery payment included for them to arrive within 3 days. We did not get confirmation with the invoice to pay the fee.
I needed up paying Monday with a confirmation for Thursday delivery .
On Wednesday Lisa Piper, one of the members of the staff sent me by mistake an email that was for Michael, another member of the staff telling him he was not doing the job properly and many orders were not being processed. I wrote directly to Lisa to make sure my order was processed and she confirmed l was going to get it On Thursday. I wrote in Thursday and she told me Friday because I paid on Monday. Although it had not be my mistake l was ok with it as the event is tmrw Saturday. Today Friday l Wrote to ask for the tracking and she just responded sorry, it has not been processed . I can send them on Tuesday or give you a refund.
I called her to make her aware of the position we were at and she was just very rude and saying sorry is a human mistake and l refund to you.
I asked to escalate to the manager or anyone who could help us yo deal with it urgently to have them at least tnrw morning for the event and she refused and said that it’s a human error and nothing it could be done being also so rude. Completely unacceptable for a company to do this to another business.
