Garden Patio set received in August, minor defects when checked. The Casa Maria customer service team has been excellent in dealing with the issues. Everything was resolved in a prompt and professional manner by Mark Brooks. Best customer service we have had from a company in a long time. Due to this would buy from Casa Maria again.

Ordered but the 3-6 day deliver window…
Ordered but the 3-6 day deliver window was missed. No way of contacting the team in the business or the delivery team, only a driver. We are told late deliver to be yesterday, then this morning, now 14.00… we’ve wasted 2 days over a bank holiday weekend waiting for the team to deliver.

Your order was placed on Sunday 23 August and delivered on 31 August. Our advertised delivery timeframe is up to 6 working days, and your order was delivered within that timeframe.
We appreciate that you had hoped to receive the order earlier for your party and had asked whether an earlier delivery could be arranged. However, an earlier delivery was not guaranteed, and the order was completed within the delivery timescale advertised at the point of purchase.
We therefore feel it is important to clarify that the delivery itself was not late or outside the service promised.

We would like to clarify that there is no fault with the pergola supplied. The control box is used across multiple pergola models, however not every function is compatible with every model. In this case, the USB-C charging function is not supported on the pergola purchased, and this is not advertised as an included working feature.
The pergola itself has been supplied correctly and in accordance with the advertised specification.
We believe this model offers exceptional value for money, combining a high level of specification, build quality and design at a very competitive price point.

Kyle & Paul were not only hard working, tidy, and perfectionists, they were genuinely nice blokes and a real pleasure to have around. I felt immediately comfortable having them there which is huge when you live alone. Thank you both for installing my new pergola!

From the time we placed our order of a 4x4metre pergola things went very smoothly the sales time were good at explaining things and we received the delivery on time.
The installers that came to put the pergola up were just brilliant Neil was so polite and friendly and everything went to plan. Even though they could not take the packing away the left it neat and tidy for us to easy remove. The Pergola looks amazing.
The only fault was the patio heater brackets do not seam to be correct as they don't line up with the pole. I am hoping that customer services can sort this out quickly for us before the cold nights arrive.

Excellent Experience
Absolutely fantastic experience with Casa Maria. Mark was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my furniture arrived in time for an event. The communication was excellent from start to finish.
The furniture itself is beautiful and excellent quality. I am really pleased with it. Also easy to assemble.
A big thank you to Mark for the outstanding customer service. You are my hero! I would highly recommend Casa Maria to anyone looking for quality garden furniture and a brilliant customer experience!

Absolutely appalling service from start…
Absolutely appalling service from start to finish. Ordered a dining table which we were provided with tracking information for. The table never turned up with no explanation provided, despite us having to take a day off work for the delivery. When repeatedly sending emails asking for clarification, we were ignored for days before being told the delivery had been rearranged for a few days later. On the day of the new delivery, it was suddenly cancelled again with no explanation. I have since been told by Mia at customer service that the table was never in stock! Incredibly bad customer service and experience, would avoid ever ordering from here at all costs.

We’re very sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately, your table was damaged by the courier during transit and returned to us. As this was the last one we had available, we were unable to send a replacement and therefore had no option but to issue you with a full refund.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly after arranging time off for the delivery, and we apologise that the situation was not communicated more clearly at the time.

The garden heater hadn't been delivered but the team at Casa Maria were on it. When it was delivered they refitted a blind for me and realigned a pillar which was really kind.

Delivered on time, good quality product
Delivered on time. We paid for the assembly which I am very glad we did. The guys carried out the service with no issues and were very polite and helpful.
As for the product, really happy with the quality, time will tell if the cover is up to the battering it will take in the winter.

I’m really pleased with my Casa Maria…
I’m really pleased with my Casa Maria outdoor furniture. The set looks fantastic in the garden and has completely transformed the space into a comfortable and inviting area for relaxing and entertaining.
The furniture feels sturdy and well made, while the cushions are comfortable and the modern design looks great against the patio and greenery. It’s both practical and stylish, and I’ve already had lots of compliments from family and friends. The delivery was great too

Pergola looks good but installation an issue.
Product seems strong and looks good. Very long delay in delivery. Construction was difficult as labourer was not present. So my son, my wife and me had to help for the whole day. Otherwise the installation would be completed over 2 weeks!

Kyle and Paul fitted our pergola today. They arrived on time, were polite, clean and tidy. We were impressed with how effortlessly the structure was erected with perfect synchronicity between the pair of them. They answered our questions concisely and knowledgably.
