the order was easy to place online, and was dispatched quickly. However it took 5 days to get to me due to issues with Evri the courier. When order eventually arrived, the packaging had been ripped open, a multipack cartridge set, taken from its box, and a desparate effort to reseal the packet made. Order arrived with packaging open at front door.
When contacting CP their agent Wiki, was very friendly, helpful, courteous and listened to my tale of woe. She immediately ordered a replacement for me, with notification arriving 5 minutes later. I offered to send photos, but Wiki said that they would contact Evri, to get things sorted. Great service, but I won't be returning if Evri remain the courier of choice

I had a few issues with my HP printer and your cartridges. I spoke to George in technical support and he helped me out immediately! Not only that, he sent me step by step instructions to sort my issue and within minutes, my printer was back up and running!

I raised an order on the weekend and then realised I had made a mistake. I submitted a contact form on the Sunday asking to cancel the order and then called on the Monday morning to ask the same question. I was informed that the order had already been cancelled and this was only a couple of minutes past 9 a.m. so I was hugely impressed. Special thanks to Emma for dealing with this so promptly and efficiently. I subsequently went on to place a larger order so it was a win-win all round. Highly recommend Cartridge People customer service and Emma in particular.

Aidan patiently advised re my printer order. When the dispatch company sent a totally different item, First, Hannah dealt quickly with the immediate fallout and Lindsay followed up on it. George was vey helpful regarding the issue I had with the cartridges. CP's response was prompt and resolved the issue bu re[placing the cartridges very promptly. All is now good.

I recently purchased some printer cartriges for 2 printers that came my way via friends. The price and turn around was superb. I had problems with one printer ( that was down to me not doing enough research ) George, was exemplary in discussing the problem and resolving same. I had a problem with an unbranded HP cartridge. It was resolved very quickly by the Help desk. The lady on the Help desk, Hannah could not have been more polite and efficient.

I have been using Cartridge People for some time always great service. This time I had a problem as the package came damaged and cartridges missing. Can I thank Phil for sorting this out promptly and professionally with speedy replacement off items.

The cartridges I bought were their own brand and didn’t work. When I contacted the company they were prompt, polite and once the issue couldnt be resolved I was offered full refund. Thank you George!

Well packaged items arrived.. When questioned about one later arrival, Phil replied promptly and the item was delivered same day.

Ok so I've used this company before and they've always been great. This time I had a problem but their customer services guy, George, helped me get it sorted in no time. He saved the day and exercised great patience. Just the sort of customer service person you want when dealing with the IT illiterate!

I had to change the delivery address for my cartridge order, I was assisted by a very helpful and professional customer service assistant 'Gemma', who sorted out the issue out for me.
The black ink cartridges are just as good, and much cheaper and than their other competitors.
Delivery arrived on the time and date stated and products were well packaged. All in all, a very good service.

I always trust Cartridge People, I rang them today & spoke to George as I had a query about resetting my Epson printer having cleaned the Ink pads. Having bought a reset key found I couldn’t use it as I have an Imac. He confirmed my decision to buy a new printer.
He emailed me with good advice, which I appreciated.
