How do they stay in business with this level of service ?
THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE REVIEW BELOW, WHICH I STAND BY 100%. Since I wrote the review I have been contacted by Autodoc, an associate comoany of Carpartspro, via phone call and email. Basically they have tried to bribe me to alter my negative, TRUE, review. Absolutely unscrupulous. If they cannot provide a decent customer experience then they should shut up shop, NOT TRY TO BRIBE PEOPLE IN ORDER TO MAKE THEM LIE AND CREATE FRAUDULENT REVIEWS. ORIGINAL REVIEW. Carpartspro are misleading, hitherto, disingenuous. They should be up front and transparent about how diabolical their delivery service is. It isn't surprising in the least to discover that they are affiliated with Autodoc, their service levels are equally appalling. When your car is a necessity, but is off the road, it would be nice to know BEFORE you place your order, AS WITH 99% OF ON LINE RETAILERS what your est. delivery date is. If told it would be 8 or 9 days away, in this day and age of same/next day delivery, THE SHISTERS WOULDN'T HAVE GOT THE ORDER. In our case, our order was placed Monday, it is now Friday, we are in fact STILL waiting for an email confirmation of delivery date. We had to ring their customer (lack of) service to be told by a robot that it is going to be at least another 4 days. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Order number: 145238238. Placed on the 11th August 2025.
