I had an exceptional experience purchasing my car and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the very first phone call enquiring about the vehicle, Steve was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, making everything feel straightforward and stress-free.
Every promise that was made was kept and followed through exactly as discussed, which made the whole experience even more reassuring. A big thank you also goes to Amanda, whose communication was outstanding from start to finish. She kept me updated at every stage and ensured everything moved along smoothly.
The turnaround time was impressively fast, and the after-sale care has been just as good as the service before purchasing. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a real priority here.
I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and genuinely friendly car buying experience. Thank you again to Steve and Amanda for making the whole process so easy and enjoyable!

From the first phone call Steve was polite not pushy explained everything regarding the car I was interested in, when I went to view the car he was waiting gave me the keys to let me look around the car. Faultless service
Fantastic service from Daniel, and Car City. Dans communication was brilliant, always clear & concise, and quick to respond. Collection day was very easy, the car was spotless and ready to drive. All paperwork was completed swiftly. Drove over 2hrs to collect and would do so again without a doubt, faultless service and a brilliant company.

Second car from Dan
Just got my second car from Dan at Car City. He always makes the whole process so easy and the whole team is great. Had a little issue with my first car after a few months but Dan got me in and they sorted it out straight away for me with my warranty. Thanks to Aaron and Amanda in the service department for looking after me. Great experience from Dan and thanks to the manager Jamie for checking that I was happy with how I was dealt with. Will definitely be back for my third!

BMW x1
I bought a BMW x1 from here last month, i got a good deal and Trevor got me a decent finance package sorted. I found a fault with the car the week after I got it (faulty parking sensor), I called Trevor to complain and he got me booked in for my next days off work and they had it fixed in no time while I had a coffee and a chat with Trevor and the other guys. Customer service is a huge thing for me in today’s world and on that alone I would recommend Car City and Trevor to everyone.

Having bought a car 8 months ago I wanted to say how good the aftersales was when I encountered a couple of issues. Car went into limp mode but I had a wonderful experience with Amanda who arranged to pick car up, left me a courtesy car and brought it back fixed and even valeted. Unbelievable customer care.
