Its ok as a club for the odd discount
Its ok as a club for the odd discount. The magazine is ok reading but full of adverts that just keep repeating every month. The website for searching cl sites in particular is terrible. Clunky and hard to use. You cant even filter by fully serviced pitches. Overall its not brilliant but we are members as we use CL sites.

Always a known high standard
Since buying a motorhome I have found the sites excellent as you can be sure of the good standards and friendly welcome.Being sure that disabled facilities are of a good standard is important and pitching up is easy often with a choice on arrival.Site locations are important,for example York is in easy scootering distance for my wife. Well worth the membership

I have only used a club site a few…
I have only used a club site a few times in the last 35years I am more favourable to cl sites which I frequent regularly.
Of recent years I have found club sites are in the main expensive compared to cl sites with the same if not equal facilities, and in some rare occasions better

Disappointed in broadway campsite every time we tried to book a reservation for a week stay we are unable to because everyone has booked Friday and Saturday nights only . Dislike the fact that your sites are over priced and we are constantly getting better quality and lower prices on other sites so why should we continue paying for membership

You generally know what standard you are going to get and the standard is normally good. Some sites are tired but there does seem to be a plan to update those.

Great little site just a short walk…
Great little site just a short walk from the town. Marian in Reception was great helping us with a tap fitting so we could fill the tank. Advised us which pub and Indian. Could not fault the site.

From the minute I started driving down…
From the minute I started driving down the road between the trees on the site everything was perfect. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and made both myself and my dog hugely welcome and looked after. The site is beautiful and all the facilities as clean as ever. I will definitely be going there again next year. Thank you so much.

Access to CL sites
Access to CL sites
We are not interested in club campsites or all the special offers offered. We use the membership to get access to CL sites. It is slightly frustrating that searching for them on the web site is a bit awkward.
We have enjoyed the majority of sites we’ve stayed at over the last year around 30 sites. The only disappointments have been due to the sites nor being able to update there details on the web site according to the owners.

We have stayed at Cayton Village on many occasions the site is always very well kept facilities are always spotless staff always friendly and helpful bus stops just outside the entrance we feel the perfect site to visit East Yorkshire we will certainly return again.

Excellent recent stay at CAMC Craigie Garrdens, Ayr. Beautiful site and excellent site managers. Attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Perfectly placed for walking into town.

Nasty staff member
The first few days on site were excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly, the location was ideal, and everything ran smoothly.
On the morning of my fourth day, a thoroughly obnoxious member of staff approached me and informed me that I had to leave that morning. I explained that she was mistaken and that I had paid for an additional night. She immediately became aggressive. I told her that I had booked and paid for four days and that I had used a voucher I had been given when I joined the club. She denied this and began accusing me of lying. When I also mentioned that the electricity had gone off in the middle of the night and come back on by itself in the morning, she called me a liar again.
The encounter left me with my blood pressure pounding in my head and a severe headache that lasted the rest of the day. I began packing my belongings, including loading a heavy motorcycle onto my van. What had been a good stay was ruined, and I was glad to get away from the site and from her.
She returned a short time later and, having discovered that I was correct and she was wrong, offered a grudging, reluctant apology. When I asked her whether she could see why I was upset after her earlier behaviour, she turned on me again, telling me that “we are all in it together” and that I should simply accept it when things go wrong.
I have no wish to see that woman again, and I seriously doubt I will use any of your sites in the future. A thoroughly enjoyable stay was made thoroughly unpleasant by one extremely nasty individual.

Don’t bother
Don’t bother, awful company and they won’t give you the insurance you need anyway, absolutely useless and time wasting. Was on a call for almost an hour and a half. Save yourself your time and mental health.
