I placed an order in early November that has not arrived. I emailed Candles Direct for an update on 26 November and have heard nothing. It seems my money has been taken with no evidence of the purchased product.

Terrible customer service..not received goods ..money taken .. no response from several emails..don't use !

Placed an order and was told that it was shipped some 2 weeks and haven't ever received the item - have tried more than 8 times to contact and they simply do not respond. Appalled.

Appalling. Took payment and never received my order. No response to emails either.

Fantastic service. Placed order on Monday and arrived safely and well packaged on the Wednesday!! Very competitive pricing and company very proactive in sending information re delivery. Delighted with my purchase will definitely be using again.

Ordered two candles a fortnight ago my account says they were shipped on the 24th nov still haven't received them impossible to get in touch with this company e mailed them left message on Facebook still no reply buy from elsewhere

Terrible service

I ordered 8 candles and only received one. I emailed their customer service team multiple times with no response. Would not buy from them again.

Save yourself the trouble and buy from elsewhere.

I ordered my candles on Monday and they were delivered on Thursday expertly packed, without using unnecessary packaging. Would certainly recommend.

Used them about 4 times now with no issues whatsoever, best prices, quick delivery and the candles are professionally wrapped and boxed so no damage, would highly recommend

Ordered 4 Yankee Candles for Xmas use. First time I've used this company. Simple to order online and goods arrived 24hrs later!! Good packaging and goods in perfect condition. Have not lit the candles yet but in terms of dealing with the company I can thoroughly recommend them. Will definitely use again.

I've been using Candles Direct for a couple of years now and can honestly say in terms of service and price they're one of the best companies I've used.
I buy a lot of Yankee Candles and their prices are very competitive.
Packaging is excellent and I've messaged them in the past to say how well packaged my orders always are.
Had an issue recently updating my email address and they were very quick to respond and sorted it out for me.
Great company, can't fault them at all. I'm a regular customer and would highly recommend them.

Received my candle within 3 days of ordering, item very well packaged really pleased and will Definately use again. I am very pleased to have discovered this website with a good selection of items at excellent prices Thank you.

Purchased 2 yankee candle fluffy towel signature diffusers for small entrance hall. Very good as they were the older stock and smell more fragrant. Prompt delivery. Good value when bought as a pair. Would recommend.

Ordered twice from CandlesDirect and I had a perfect transaction and delivery. The WoodWick candles are extremely good value on this site.

Ordered an electric wax burner for my Dads birthday, after reading reviews I was extremely worried it wouldn’t come in time or at all, but it came four days after I got an email saying it had been dispatched. Cheap delivery, wax burner looks beautiful and was very reasonable priced. Very pleased.

La mia recensione è molto ma molto sfavorevole. I fatti: in data 17 Marzo 2020 ho inviato un pagamento di £90,59 GBP a Candles direct , fattura n° CDM00235439 . Pensando al disagio dovuto al coronavirus non ho dato molta importanza al fatto che in data 10 agosto 2020 il pacco non fosse ancora arrivato.A questo punto sono andata a monitorare la spedizione ed ho appreso che il pacco è stato consegnato a Johnny Mathiew(che non conosco).Ho telefonato al numero 034480066 (da Candles director consigliato) e mi è stato risposto che il numero è inesistente. Questa è la mia prima e ultima esperienza con Candles direct. Anna Ferri Aggiungo che in data odierna tramite Messenger sono venuta a conoscenza che il mio pacco è stato consegnato a " Belfast Parcel Depot" in data 17 /07/2020 e quindi si trova in giacenza li. Non sono riuscita a stabilire alcun contatto con loro in quanto "non mi e' possibile accedere alla pagina richiesta"

Awful service , no emails no confirmation - order says shipped yet over a week later no delivery !! No response from customer service either just awful

Handled my customer service request to remove a product I had paid for, quickly dealt with and dispatched and received in 2 days! Fantastic service.

I’ve had an absolute passion & love for Cire Trudon’s candies. Their scents are absolutely luxurious. Their customer service is indescribably vile. I’ve ordered and received many candles and have not had a need to contact their customer service. I recently received (as a birthday present) a completely melted candle upon delivery. Both my friend and I tried to contact their customer service team multiple times. NOT ONCE was any contact acknowledged. They simply do not care about their clients. They’ll remain in business for their “status” but their true colors have shown with their blatant disregard towards my recent concerns. They have wholesale & multi-millionaire clients - DO NOT PURCHASE if you are “middle class.” Absolutely elitist and dismissive. Truly horrible humans and I will never purchase nor accept a gift from them. They are flat out snobs who do not care about anyone but A-list persons. They’ve shown their colors and they are DISGUSTING.

UPDATE: ordered on May 10, we haven't received the candles. They aren't replying to our mails.
