Lens ordered as in impulse purchase just a few days before I was due to fly off on holiday - arrived next day and was used extensively during the following three weeks - delighted with the buying experience.

Brilliant service and excellent delivery

I bought a used Nikon D7200 from Camera Jungle the other day the only annoying thing was there was no USB lead to transfer photo's to pc apart from that it works a treat with my Sigma 150-600mm and a bargain for about £425 with a shutter count of 13,000 so I can recommend the Camera Jungle deals. After getting quotes from 10+ camera shops I recently sent 8 pieces of camera equipment to Camera Jungle, I did so based on the fact that given like for like descriptions for their condition all 8 were valued highest by Camera Jungle.

Camera Jungle sent me an invoice for the sale, but no break down to show the individual prices they had assessed/paid for my equipment, £232.50 less than I had been quoted.

I emailed them for a breakdown of the invoice, no response, I called them for 2 days before I eventually got somebody to pickup the phone.

2 different sets of people over the following week failed to get back to me, I always had to chase them up. I eventually forced a member of staff to provide photographs of my equipment, so we could talk about the condition and how they had graded it.

I was told that they would not normally provide photographs, even though as I realised they do photograph the equipment and use them on their website to sell them afterwards. The member of staff who eventually started justify the gradings then decided to make up damage and marks on some of the equipment, even though we were both looking at the same photographs. "I called her out" on her claims and she then refused to comment on what she had just claimed.

At no point was I allowed to speak to the person who had assed the equipment, I believe this is done on purpose to keep customers at arms length. I sent 2 camera bodies, I used there condition as an example of how flawed there grading was, they were in completely different condition, but Camera Jungle graded them both in the poorest condition, even the GH4 which only had 383 shutter actuations!

I believe that in a similar way to some Estate Agents, Camera Jungle offer the highest market prices to pull customers in and then unfairly down grade their condition so they end up paying less than the other companies.

I have sold lots of camera equipment over the last 15 years to, MPB, Mifsuds, Dale Photographic, Clifton Cameras, Harrison Cameras, LCE. Ive never had any grading changed, always been able to speak to the person who's graded the equipment.

Avoid Camera Jungle at all cost, I think they summed themselves up when they couldn't even take photographs of my equipment that were all in focus.

Camera Jungle was recommended to me so I thought I would try.
I found a second hand lens for my canon, ordered it after 6pm Monday night, delivery was for the Wednesday but it arrived the next day. Luckily I was home when it arrived as it needed a signature.

The lens was well packed and seems ok and is in very good condition.

i have bought a fair few items now and when i have had a problem it has always been fixed in a very fast and friendly way i am very happy with camera jungle staff and this is now my first point of call when i am looking for used camera gear

I have bought a few cameras and lenses from Camera Jungle. Last item I bought was a Nikon bridge camera. This developed a fault after a few weeks. Contacted CJ. Was collected from me the next day. Fault couldn't be fixed so they sent me a replacement. All done quickly. Guy I dealt with ( Aaminah) so helpful. You cannot be this type of service. Thoroughly recommend Camera Jungle for used equipment.

Bought a flash unit that wasn’t compatible for my camera bought from them. Both Nikon but no advice was given. They played the 14 day policy yet they just just want you to spend you hard earned money be very wary as it takes for ever to get through to customer service. Very Poor, f**kthem there are better shops out there.

I have always received excellent service and products from Camera Jungle and can confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a quality bargain, with plenty of choice, in all photography products. My first point of call when I need to add to my collection.

Always good value, especially when they have a flash sale. Items as discribed, good as new, very happy with the service.

Bought a second-hand lens described as "excellent" but when it arrived, it looked as new, even in its original box. Really happy with this purchase. The price was very competitive too.

I brought this lens for my son and he is very pleased with it. After seeing some of his photos it was a fantastic buy.

The camera that I bought was MINT.
The only down side is I placed my order on a Friday afternoon with your next day delivery, but it never came until the Tuesday, as the weather was good for that weekend it was spoilt.as I could not get out a give the camera a good test, but have now.
As I am writing this I am looking to buy again.

Top class company & exelent after sales service, I ordered my camera on a Sunday, received it the next day, very impressive.
The camera was as described & exelent value for money so very satisfied.

When I did have need to return an item, they arranged for the collection from my home & an immediate full refund was issued without any quibble.
