I don't buy film from anywhere else as a professional photographer.

I have been a loyal customer of Analogue Wonderland for many years, bought tons of film from them and had all rolls developed by them. Never had an issue with them till now. I sent 5 rolls of film to them nearly 4 weeks ago, and still not had my scans back!

I don't know if they've been sold to a new owner, or if they are just spending too much time posting on Instagram and sending spam emails, but I'll be looking elsewhere for my film and developing needs in future

Excellent prices and a wide selection and availability of film. I also really appreciated the chance to save using points earned from purchases.

Can't fault the staff! I had a small issue with my last order, partly down to my own misunderstanding, and Oliver sorted it out quickly and satisfactorily. Very happy with the service received.

Prompt and reliable service

The processing time was far too slow. I dropped off 2 rolls of film on 7/9 and while writing this it is the 25/9. 15 "working days" after my film was received. I am aware the lab is currently going through a big overwhelm of orders due to "the summer" however when the website says it should take 12-13 days to develop and upload scans I expect this to be the case as this is already far too slow for a couple rolls of 35mm film? I emailed their help desk and received an automated message saying they've received my message and that I should check FAQ's but nothing else. I'm very disappointed as I have been a customer for some years now and have never had an issue - quite the contrary. I've typically been very pleased with the service. This, however is just not good enough unfortunately. I will be using other companies from now on... Still haven't received scans.

Efficient and prompt service, no problems whatsoever. My films were processed with no issues other than perhaps being a little over developed, the negs are a tad dense - but I am being a bit "picky". Having said that, they have scanned well. Would I use AW again, then yes with no hesitation.

Summer rush saw the developing time extended a bit, however I appreciate that Analogue Wonderland stayed in touch with updates and explained why the delay. I will hopefully use this service again for my Lomography exploits! Thank you!

Very good service. Ordering is very straightforward. I'm fortunate enough to have a film lab near me, so I don't rely on AW's developing service, but when I've used it in the past they have been brilliant, satisfying any additional requests I gave them.

I have received my orders quickly and packed properly.
My first film that I had processed a while ago was fantastic. So I have sent more.
Price, you get the full package or more choices are available, you buy what you want and no more.
Good place to take part in analogue photography.

I had an issue with shipping where there was a real risk that Royal Mail lost / couldn’t get me my order in time for a trip - customer services were super helpful and understanding - the advisor personally made sure what i ordered was packed labelled and re-shipped in time.

Their lab is also excellent - and I’d use it way more it it was a little cheaper <3

Excellent service from Analogue Wonderland. My 35mm colour negatives were processed quickly and I had them back faster than expected. The results were great and the whole process was easy.

Excellent results from 4 off throwaway cameras from 2004( when my kids were young). Easy to follow instructions. The price was excellent. It took a bit longer than expected to view the results but after 22 years I wasn't in a rush. Well done.

Took over a month to complete an order. The excuse was not enough staff at hand to cut the negatives. Putting newer orders first to release scans quicker. This is not an acceptable reason for the delay. I probably won't use the service again.
