Great service! Excellent communication and fast delivery.

Great service, fast shipping! Ordered rebuilt steering box and worked excellent, thank you!

They have excellent customer service. Quick shipping and quick refunds. That being said, their parts are all made in China. I ordered axles for my Mercedes Benz and when I received them, they had no branding. All it said was made in China in big letters. I'm sorry, this is not what I want to purchase. This was my only issue.

I needed to change my steering box for a while now. I came across this website and wow, the price was great but was worried about the quality of the product. Installed it yesterday. 04/27/2023. I cannot begin to explain how great this product is. I am having to learn how to drive my truck all over again cause was so used to all the slack in the steering, lol I highly recommend this product and these guys. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again BAP. Truck drives like a new one again.

Great Price
Accurate Delivery

I bought a replacement California compliant catalytic converter at a great price. I even received an additional $25 off. shipping was fast and the product was as advertised. I will purchase from them again and you should join me in doing so.

Excellent service and communication. I ordered a TD04 turbo for our Saab Viggen late in the day, just before the order deadline for next day shipping. I also had the part drop shipped to the shop working on the car. Turbo arrived next day, great packaging, no issues at all with the part. Again, great experience and communication throughout the entire order and shipping process!

Price was good but no free shipping either direction. Also, sales tax is charged on the core cost but not refunded after the return.

Always has the parts I need and ships within 2-3 days

Very good price on my parts. Parts were correct and arrived on time.

fast shipping reliable part works great happy customer

Excellent customer service, great parts, and very good prices.

Prices are good. But customer service is awesome! Everything shipped out immediately and arrived early. But…. I sold the car the day before my parts got here. They paid shipping back, no crazy restocking fee. Promptly issued a refund. Best company I’ve done business with.

Ordered a new mazda alternator. Came in 4 days. Great price. No problems. Will use again.

After sending me the wrong part multiple times they had the nerve to try to hit me with a restock fee. Wow this place is bottom of the Barrell . Warning don't order unless you have weeks to wait for parts

Shipment arrived early. Unit came in undamaged just waiting for the weather to warm up before I install.

I ordered two things I looked twice at the order and it was correct. The next day I had a feeling that something was wrong. So I called customer service and asked if what I ordered was for a 2019 Jeep compass limited she said let me look she came back and no, these are not for a 2019.
So I asked her to cancel order and refund my money. She said even though it hasn't shipped you have to receive the order then return it then we can refund your money.
I will never buy any parts from here ever again.

Very prompt delivery next day like I ordered parts are very good quality and affordable a fraction of oem with very similar quality I will be ordering again.
