These companies should not be legal
I believe this company needs to be put out of business. It’s a scam and they are Fraud. Say you go there with $5000 in debt. They make a deal with you for the monthly cost for like 36 months. What they are trying to do is cause the credit companies to not have all of the information. Because that is how they screw the credit company. So really they don’t care about you they need you, they need you to think that they are helping you and getting you out of debt. Well I got a summons so then they had to give me attorney. So the night before court I get a call from someone that doesn’t even work there. Just an attorney that helps sometimes and the person talk fast and you have no time to reply and she hangs up. She says that I have to go to court alone tell them the court house that I need a continuance and I am represented by Elite. If she would have gave me a chance I would have told her that No I can’t do that. I’m not an attorney and this town isn’t laid back and will say sure fine you can do anything we are cool. No I was documented as alone no representation. Then 2 days before 2nd court date lawyer calls and says I don’t think I have everything of course he did but I had to resend it. But day before 2nd court date this guy hasn’t even looked at the case. So I called many times left messages I never get a call back or text but probably an email which I explained at the beginning the best contact is phone or regular mail. I received one call asking me if I could do $500 for each summons a month plus what I’m already paying them a month. So I noticed everyone pays different whatever it seems they can afford at the beginning. Then I get a letter saying they can’t represent me anymore so I’m like what it says that they can’t represent me because they couldn’t contact me. And then stated that I said that I don’t have to pay because I don’t owe it. That was a lie I would never do that. Then they won’t give me a refund. So they did not help with my debt at all. They say I can’t have a refund because it cost them too much for what they did do. Here’s an example on one day they sent 14 craft and desist letters. Ok so it takes 0.7th of a minute for one letter charged me $300 per letter so that’s $4200 right there first day. For not getting me out of any debt and not going to help me anymore. This was 2 years in had one more year to go. $362 a month for 36 months. But sends me how much they have spent on my account already and I had a year to go. So far the bill says that they have put almost $35,000 into my account already. That’s more than the debt. So do not go there it’s a company that found a way to not pay your debt but make themselves some money. And a lot of false statements in there.

I paid Elite Legal Group for 18 months with the promise that they would resolve my debts and handle my credit card and loan obligations.
During that time, I trusted their process and followed their instructions. However, after all that time, my creditors ended up garnishing and taking funds from my bank accounts, and this company failed to deliver on what was promised.
This situation caused serious financial damage and stress. I strongly advise anyone considering this service to do extensive research before trusting them with their finances.

American Injustice.
This company or entity is purely misrepresenting themselves as a law firm to dispute and resolve all my enrolled debts. As a disabled veteran they conducted a classic bait and switch and made promises and legal representation and collected monthly so called program fees. Their lack of transparency, no itemized accounting has resulted in creditors and debt collectors filing lawsuits against me. I am left on my own to resolve them and they have taken over $15,000 dollars from me. No refund or promised legal representation. Please be Aware of this deceiving and calculating group. They should be investigated by every state Attorney General Office and the Department of Justice for the harm they have and are causing to American citizens. Respectfully, Dennis Coble.

Not the results I wanted or expected
I started with this program in December 2023 and made my final payment as of March 16.2026. I have paid over $8000 for this program and so far I had to settle out of court on two lawsuits in the amount of $3225. I currently have another lawsuit against me for $3178 and signed a FDCPA on February 6 against this creditor for violating my rights. Finally they are negotiating on my behalf on a settlement for $1824. I call and leave messages and send emails and most of the time I don't get a response. The local attorney they send me to for negotiations just sends me an email saying just like last time I need to know what you can afford a lump sum or monthly payments. By the time I settle out of court with all these lawsuits I could have paid my debt off with the money I paid this company. I still have no further results with my other debts and my credit score is still terrible. I have asked to speak with an attorney and if I am not mistaken, I have only spoke twice to attorney's since I enrolled in this program with the last attorney telling me it going to take longer to resolve and that I am in a good place. Well I disagree with two lawsuits still in negotiations and who knows what other creditor will continue to come after me. The last time I left a review they called and asked me to take it down and delayed my final two payments. At this point this is unacceptable. I spoke with Customer Service on April 8 and I still have not received a call back from an attorney nor the representative negotiating on by behalf to check on the status of that collector.

Elite Legal Practice is misleading. I was told by representation to quit paying my creditors and give a monthly payment to them starting July 2024. I am now subject to lawsuits, judgements, and wage garnishment and or liens on my property. I have requested a full refund and was denied.

As is common with legal and advocacy-related work, results cannot be guaranteed, and timelines are often dictated by external procedures, statutory requirements, and third-party representatives. Many aspects of the process are beyond our direct control, and delays are not uncommon.
Due to client confidentiality, we cannot discuss the specifics of the case. We are able to, however, emphasize that the client elected to terminate the agreement prematurely. When services are discontinued prior to the completion of the agreed-upon scope of work, the desired results cannot and will not be achieved, as the process requires continuity and completion.
By cancelling the work, the client did not allow us to continue our efforts to advocate fully on their behalf. Our records confirm that we acted diligently and in good faith within the parameters of the agreement (which the client reviewed and signed) and the limitations inherent in legal and procedural matters. Accordingly, under the firm’s established policy and as per the signed agreement, all fees paid to our firm are earned for work performed and are not refundable.
Both our agreement and client service have withstood scrutiny from consumer protection organizations, like the Better Business Bureau, because we are fair to our clients and work hard for them.

Their lack of communication is terrible. Pay three years $280 monthly just to settle for the same amount to creditors. They only apologized and did not nothing to settle my cases. The company takes monthly payments in hopes that you not get sued in three years after three years it all goes back to normal and Elite like only to settle for the same amount you still owed. This company is a scam!

Hi there,
I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to share my experience with Elite Legal Practice since I started my contract back in October 2025.
So, I signed up and got three cards, paying a total of $1,401.40. They told me the services would last for 28 months, and they even sent over a cease and desist letter order. However, things changed for me, and I had to cancel my contract because I’m leaving the country. Luckily, a family member is willing to help with the payment, which is why I decided to ask for a refund.
On February 14, 2026, I sent an email requesting my full refund. I got a response on February 16, saying that my payment wasn’t refundable because of the work they had done for me. That’s when I sent another email on February 23, asking for some detailed documentation about the services they performed. I wanted to know exactly what work was done, when it happened, how much time was spent on each task, and how they calculated the fees.
Unfortunately, I haven’t heard back from them since then. I really hope to get some clarity on this situation, especially regarding the refund.
Here’s my comment, here you go:
This company claims to offer a debt relief program to help people achieve financial freedom, but their program is misleadingly named the "DROWNING DEBT PROGRAM" by Elite Legal Practice. If they are truly helping people with debt relief, why do they prioritize their payment first before assisting clients? I requested a simple letter detailing what they sent to my creditors, including the specific work performed, the timeline for each task, and how they calculated their fees. The response I received was absolutely nothing!

Payment and Administrative issues
Back Story:
I’ve been using Elite Legal Practice (ELP) since 2023. I initially felt confident that they would help me manage my debt and guide me through my financial challenges. The first issue came up when I settled with a creditor outside of ELP. I notified ELP that I had reached an agreement and asked them to remove the balance since it no longer needed representation. They sent me an addendum that reduced my monthly payment from about $1,100 to around $240. I signed it and didn’t think much of it.
Later, I worked with an ELP lawyer to negotiate another settlement with a different creditor and was advised to inform ELP so they could remove that account as well. This is where the problems began. While trying to remove the second account, I had to speak with two different people over the course of two weeks, and that’s when I learned my monthly payment was actually still around $1,000. I then spoke with two more agents over the following week—both said someone would reach out to explain the discrepancy. I still haven’t received a call.
At this point, I’m struggling to understand:
How removing two accounts only reduced my payment by about $100
Why no one has contacted me with an explanation
How to properly stop services if needed
Feedback for ELP:
Please review your administrative processes. The documents sent to me misrepresented my payment plan, and accuracy is essential when dealing with clients’ finances.
Please ensure managers are available to speak with customers. Waiting 3–5 days for basic clarification makes it difficult to trust that transparency is a priority.
Advice to Potential or Current Clients:
Carefully review every addendum they send and make sure you fully understand what you’re being billed for.
Expect variability in communication. Some lawyers are responsive and proactive, while others are difficult to reach for months at a time.
Communication from the company becomes limited over time. I no longer receive updates the way I did in the beginning, though they did mention this would happen.

I’ve been in this program for 2 years and none of my debts have been resolved except for two that took me to court for a repayment plan. While they wait for creditors to respond they sell your debt to a collection agency who takes you to court and you have to repay your debts! Fake and Fraudulent
