Disappointing service
Built in Neff oven/microwave stopped working. Charged us £119 for a call out when from information we had already provided they would have known what the problem was and that they no longer held spare parts for this particular model.
They offered us a discount if we ordered a replacement model from them. There would be a £20 charge to deliver the replacement for and a £20 charge to take the old one away . However they would not uninstall the old oven or install the replacement “because it was a microwave.” We have decided to forego the discount and buy the replacement from a local trusted Neff supplier who will complete the whole job.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I have a washing machine which is broken after 14 months. It has a 5 year warranty. I’ve had no machine for 3 weeks yet apparently the parts are out of stock. Disgusting company. Machine is useless just like the company itself

Reparasjon av ny fryser prioriteres ikke av Siemens BSH
Vi kjøpte en Siemens hvitevarepakke til vårt nye kjøkken i april 2025. I desember sluttet fryseren å virke. Vi fikk da serviceavtale 27. januar. Etter noe påtrykk gjennom kjøkkenleverandør fikk vi fremskyndet dette til 20. januar. Men da serviceteknikker kom, viste det seg at han ikke klarte å reparere skapet og måtte ha med seg en kollega. Dette resulterte i en ny time 10. februar! Så da har vi ikke hatt fryser på 1,5 måned. Dette er dårlig service og kundebehandling, spesielt når vi snakket om et produkt som et nesten nytt.
Vaatwasser defect BSH doet niks
BSH Weigert om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor een Siemens vaatwasser die niet deugdelijk is, vocht/condens verliest niet goed schoonmaakt of droogt. Er is al meerdere keren een monteur geweest en iedere keer wordt er een nieuwe smoes verzonnen waarom het defect zou liggen bij de installateur, iedere keer toevallig weer net wat anders. Verschillende BSH monteurs spreken elkaar tegen. Wat ze wel goed kunnen is je een rekening onder je neus schuiven van 140 euro voor het verdoen van je tijd.

This is what good looks like.A couple of weeks ago our washing machine started leaving scrapings of plastic all over the washing. The machine is insured through Domestic and General who sent in BSH to inspect it. Engineer, Graham arrived at the appointed time and identified that a new drum assembly would be required (£650). We thought it would be a write off but D&G agreed to repair it! Parts were ordered and today was the day for Graham to come and fit the parts. Graham arrived slightly delayed due to an unforeseen traffic jam and completed in the work in the estimated time. His communication at all times was superb. He was always smartly dressed and in doing the work was conscious of the environment around him. Left no mess, you would hardly was known he had been here. Gave us some advice on caring for the machine and recommended a product to use. Wow, what a great experience! Great eco example that machines can be repaired!

We hadden een afwasmachine besteld. De dag dat het geleverd ging worden, is er niemand komen opdagen en we kregen nochtans automatisch verstuurde smsberichten waarin stond dat ze onderweg waren voor levering maar het transport is nooit vertrokken. We zijn dus een hele dag op hen thuis blijven wachten voor niets. Ik had zelfs verlof genomen. Je zou denken dat na contactopname er een sorry zou komen en er een snelle rechtzetting zou gebeuren. Je kan ze niet bereiken, kregen geen excuses en snelle rechtzetting ondanks hun grote fout. Intussen blijven we zonder afwasmachine zitten. Ik werk zelf in een bedrijf en dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt! Wat een slechte service!!

First contacted them to report an issue with induction cooker. Engineer visited who took 2 mins to tell me the repair would be over £350 after I'd paid £109 for the call out. I opted to buy a new unit at a total cost of £750 which included £20.00 to deliver the new unit and a further £135 to install the new unit. The day arrived an engineer came and after 5 mins decided he was NOT going to install it. I called for the refund of £135, but they won't refund it saying I'd agreed that it was my fault if they couldn't install it. Its absolutely disgraceful and blatant scam to extort more money from their customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY the same products are also cheaper elsewhere, then use an independent electrician to install it.
Bad install
Product itself seems reasonable, only had a few weeks. Issue is with the installation service. It is with a third party 'product care group' who did not take consideration of my home and cracked a pipe which led to flooding in my kitchen

Har haft Bosch-Siemens i många år, både kyl, frys, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.
Upplever överlag att de har en bra kvalitet. Bra utförande i design och även funktion. Rimliga inköpspriser och överlag generösa garantier.
Har haft några problem med en tvättmaskin men det löstes fint av en reparatör från Bosch-Siemens.
Det var relativt lätt att boka en inspektion via deras webbsida.
Nu senast hade jag ute en reparatör för att undersöka ett kylskåp som inte gick att stänga. Väl på plats löstes problemet på 2 minuter. En mycket trevlig reparatör som lät meddela att jag måste kunna uppvisa köpekvitto för att det ska gå på garantin. Bor i BRF och något sådant finns inte. Varpå jag fick betala hela fakturan.
Anledningen till att det bara blir en trea i omdöme är priserna. Jämfört med andra i branschen så är det inte rimligt att debitera över 1400 kr/h samt över 700 kr i framkörningsavgift. Lite billigare med RUT men ändå orimligt enligt min mening.
Justeras priserna så tror jag kundnöjdheten kommer att öka betydligt.
Annars nöjd med både produkter, reklamation, service m.m.

BSH Home Appliances AB, paraplyorganisationen bakom premiumvarumärken som Bosch och Siemens, lovar tysk kvalitet och pålitlighet. Men när jag som kund väl behöver hjälp uppenbarar sig en helt annan verklighet. Nyligen, efter en felanmälan om att en relativt ny tvättmaskin inte drog in flytande tvättmedel – ett problem som sannolikt kräver en enkel justering eller byte av en liten komponent – kom BSH:s svar: "Vi föreslår att ni skickar in hela maskinen på verkstaden så att våra tekniker kan undersöka detta närmare och reparera den." Detta beslut, att forsla en hel tvättmaskin för ett fackfel, är den ultimata symbolen för en världsledande urusel service som har tappat all kontakt med kundens behov och sunt förnuft.

Charged installation cost without the actual installation due to electrical constraint, contacted customer service and replied no refund would be offered even the delivery partner also advised me to request refund when they pulled the washing machine out and found that it was hard wired that they could do nothing on the installation.
On hold for ages only to be cut off, TWICE!!!
An engineer visited after 4 days of fridge freezer alarm sounding, then within a couple of hours the same alarm started up again. Soonest appointment online was 7 days away, so another 7 days of constant beeping! So I tried phoning. After 20 minutes was cut off. Phoned back, after 25 minutes I get "sorry we are unable to take your call, goodbye".

Jeg købte en Siemens kaffemaskine, som desværre har været på deres værksted oftere, end den har stået i mit køkken.
Jeg har sendt maskinen ind flere gange med præcis den samme fejl, men hver gang påstår de, at problemet er løst. Nu har jeg igen fået maskinen retur uden reparation fordi de mener, jeg selv skal betale, selvom fejlen opstod inden for garantiperioden.
De medarbejdere, man taler med i kundeservice, er som regel venlige, men værkstedet og reklamationsafdelingen virker helt ligeglade med kundens oplevelse og tager ikke ansvar for, at fejlen vender tilbage gang på gang.
Alt i alt en meget frustrerende oplevelse.
Spar jer selv for besværet og overvej et andet mærke, hvis I vil undgå denne slags problemer

Please be aware of this companies underhanded tactics. I bought a new door, which when delivered was used and battered. The box had previously been opened and repackaged without protection. I immediately informed BSH of the problem and requested a replacement\exchange. I was asked to provide photos, which I duly did. 1 week later after many calls and excuses, I was told that an engineering visit was required (for 2 screws) to fit the door @at an additonal £119.00 and that this was not negotiable. I duly refused and was told that there were no alternative options. I have this morning recieved an email stating that BSH are going to POST a returns label at some point in the future. Please don't trust this company with your money if you have a problem, you will be lied to and ultimately ripped off!!!

I'm aware Product Care Group deliver on behalf of BSH Global but that doesn't mean BSH isn't absolved of overall responsibility. I have also left them an equally negative review.
The issues I have had with BSH are similar to Product Care Group. Every time I rang it was a different person answering needing to be explained the issue. Long waiting between responses and having to chase myself. Being stuck between 2 equally frustrating companies. Today after phoning all week, the smashed wine cooler was inexplicably left off the replacement order due to a "system error". This has delayed me getting the delivery organised in time for 5PM close on a Friday, which likely results in my kitchen fitment being postponed until December. It's been far too many errors now for me to forgive this, hence the negative review.
I did get the impression that the issues have come from Product Care Group more than BSH and I do feel like the staff I spoke to seemed responsive and made assurances, but the fact is it has been a total disaster from start and (yet to) finish.
I have been as patient and polite as possible but I've now reached my limit and I've made an account on here just to leave this review. Saying I'm sorry 20 times in a row over the phone and giving me some chuck away cleaning products when I have spent in the mid £X,XXX's is not good enough.
I am not surprised to see the overwhelming negative reviews on here. I purchased through a work benefits scheme so received a very good discount - but I still feel like I have overpaid. If I paid full price I would be having an aneurysm.
My advice to potential customers - steer clear unless you have a months lead time and can store appliances whilst waiting for one of many likely mistakes being fixed and never pay full price.
SYSTEM DOWN, GOOD LUCK
After 2 months without a fridge, I was finally approved for a replacement (still had to pay a prorated price and cover installation). Since the payment was made, their system unfortunately is going through an upgrade and they can't make any shipments. Now at 3 months with no fridge and they just told me to call back next week to see if there are any changes. I would just like to get the fridge and no one seems to be able to assist. Hopeful this gets resolved before the end of the year.
