WHAT ABOUT A DECENT MANUAL OR YOUTUBE VIDEO MR B.
I love the sound I am not computer literate so i find it very hard to download IP addresses etc I bought the B2 because i wanted to support British design and work .I feel the B2 is far too complicated.There isnt even a simple way to turn off the music currently playing It is hard to get into standby nrver mind guedding whether or not you have safely turned machine off I am trying to get into YOUTUBE but my last/current album/track wont ne removrd.MR BRENNAN I wANT SIMPLICITY OF OPERATION something i can easily turn on or knowing i have done that safely.I am very reluctant to return the machine but my frustration at having no simple on off is grinding my patience away.A good clear manual would be a great start.For now i will persevere.Excuse my spelling i have big clumsy builders fingers.

First of all let me say - if you run out of patience and decide its not right for you then you can always return it and get your money back.

By the way just press and hold the stop button to put it into standby and make it OK to turn off.
I'm not sure what you meant by the Youtube issue - but Paul will help if you email.
Paper manuals are a thing of the past for this kind of product. The web does a far better job. If a new feature is added or if we find that owners don't understand something - it might take four to six months to get a new manual into the hands of new buyers and it doesn't help existing owners. But I can change the web page in ten minutes and it helps all owners. In fact I changed the website this morning to explain our Delivery Duty Paid shipping - after an email from a buyer.

A long time owner of a Brennan
A long time owner of a Brennan. At one point I had 2, I think they're so convenient and easy to use. All I can say is that if it ever broke down, I'd be in the market immediately for a new one. I love it. I needed a replacement remote control recently which arrived within 3 days of ordering it.

Fixing my Brennan
I had a problem with my Brennan. I had corrupted the micro SD card by switching off whilst the Brennan was working.
Brennan support gave me clear instructions of what to do. I'm not naturally good at fixing things.
I ordered the necessary micro SD card. I was very sceptical as when it arrived I thought it was the wrong size.
In the end it all went well. Brennan Support's advice was spot on.
I fitted the new card & sorted out a software update. I cannot fault Brennan Support's instructions/guidance.

No delivery to Australian customers for wi fi dongle. Had to order using a friend's address in UK, who forwarded goods on to me. Staff not reading information in emails properly. I wished to order a Wi fi dongle direct from Brennan as I had problems receiving the correct dongle via Amazon yet still referred me to Amazon.

I read your emails and I think Amanda sent you links to known good Wifi dongles available from Amazon because we had not previously sent that information and there was nothing in your email to say that you were aware of the recommended devices or what exactly you had tried.
I will however look into making the dongle available worldwide from our UK site.

Easy repair process.
My B3 developed a fault. It was within the warranty period. I sent it back, the postage was refunded, and the unit was returned in full working order within 10 days. Really easy to deal with the company, no quibbles or hassles. Impressive customer care!

Recently ordered a pair of Brennan speakers to go with the B3+. Despite numerous attempts to connect they do not work. No one to speak with. For some reason the forum will not let me join saying that my ip address is blocked. Very unsatisfactory

I see that you bought the B3+ in December - its not clear from what you have written whether the B3+ has worked OK with other wired speakers - Paul will go through that with you but you could email and let us have a bit more background to speed things up.

Not sure why your ip was blocked - the forum is an independent service and we have 6,300+ members - might be worth trying again but lets get things sorted by email
PS you should make sure that you have enabled the wired speakers - I think its select output in the main menu. It should be Wired or DAC+Wired.
