No delivery to Australian customers for wi fi dongle. Had to order using a friend's address in UK, who forwarded goods on to me. Staff not reading information in emails properly. I wished to order a Wi fi dongle direct from Brennan as I had problems receiving the correct dongle via Amazon yet still referred me to Amazon.

I'm glad you got your UK friend to help.
I read your emails and I think Amanda sent you links to known good Wifi dongles available from Amazon because we had not previously sent that information and there was nothing in your email to say that you were aware of the recommended devices or what exactly you had tried.
I will however look into making the dongle available worldwide from our UK site.

Brilliant customer service.
After an initial failure to send out the product. It was rectified immediately.

Easy repair process.
My B3 developed a fault. It was within the warranty period. I sent it back, the postage was refunded, and the unit was returned in full working order within 10 days. Really easy to deal with the company, no quibbles or hassles. Impressive customer care!

Recently ordered a pair of Brennan speakers to go with the B3+. Despite numerous attempts to connect they do not work. No one to speak with. For some reason the forum will not let me join saying that my ip address is blocked. Very unsatisfactory

I see that you bought the B3+ in December - its not clear from what you have written whether the B3+ has worked OK with other wired speakers - Paul will go through that with you but you could email and let us have a bit more background to speed things up.

Not sure why your ip was blocked - the forum is an independent service and we have 6,300+ members - might be worth trying again but lets get things sorted by email
PS you should make sure that you have enabled the wired speakers - I think its select output in the main menu. It should be Wired or DAC+Wired.

We got there in the end...
The B7 we bought some years ago was spectacular- till it died and wasn't repairable. The B3 we replaced it with recently was also spectacular- but despite days of trial it could not be made to work. Eventually, after lengthy correspondence , we were offered a replacement - and at last Brennan lives up to it's name . Its fantastic.....

I have only just finished installing the B2 after spending sometime setting it up and all I can say is that I am delighted with the B2 and matching Brennan speakers So now to “rip” a few CDs!

Delivery method not good enough
I was notified that my B2 was going to be delivered while on holiday. I downloaded the Royal Mail app, but wasn't able to change the delivery date. The B2 was left next to my garden gate, in full view of the road, in a Brennan branded box. Luckily enough I managed to contact one of my neighbours who went around and kept the package safe until my return several days later.
As I had to pay extra for delivery, I would at least expect a "signed for" delivery, especially as it is an £800 item.

I will look into this on Monday - everything I receive from the warehouse gets photographed in my hands as proof of delivery so I'm not sure what service they used in your case. However I'd like to reassure you that our insurance would have covered it and we would have sent a replacement. But as you say - quite unnerving and good to have kind neighbours.
