Next day delivery, fantastic. Website, info and forum is excellent when trying to understand your new Brennan

Better communication would improve score. Better instructions would be nice but there is a lot of help out there. As for the product,B3+ does what it is designed for very capably indeed. It's actually nice watching the ripping and updating the artists and titles. The sound quality is great and loud enough for my small bungalow. Delivery was prompt when the stock came in and was well packaged.

I ordered a usb database base by mistake. Brennan refunded me without hesitation which was much appreciated.

Easy to order and chdck status of order. Whdn despatched it took 4 days door to door in Thailand. Very well packed. Excellent service

As a long term JB7 user, I was familiar with the Brennan approach. The B3 with app and online site is a huge step up and with a Sonos mobile speaker it is all so simple. I have already found an online classical music station and there are so many more to find. Brilliant product, worth every penny. Thank you.
PS The JB7 still performing in my study.

Swift delivery BUT very disappointed that the speaker connexion design has changed. I cannot connect my Brennan speakers (bought for my lovely, but tired JB7). Until I acquire some jack plugs, I will not even know if the sound outlet is working. Still waiting for these.
Why change such a minor, but effective fitment?

Does exactly what it says on the tin, and I haven't explored a lot of the other functions available. Great sounds playing through my Hi Fi set up. Cant fault this great piece of kit. Now slowly wading through my CD collection and adding to the library.

This would have been a five if the software for using the very good Brennan b3+ was not so clunky . The app is a bit dated when it comes to connecting but can’t take away from the machine itself very good indeed.

Good quality product. Excellent support staff. Only issue was a lack of information regarding the delivery. I had to contact the support staff to find out the order status. The duration between order placement and dispatch date was about 22 days.

once I downloaded the database on usb stick, it is recognising the majority of discs.

A Fantastic product delvered with care and very easy to follow instructions

I waited about four weeks for delivery after I had placed my order albeit it was well worth the wait. I am extremely pleased with everything it does and I have been playing discs that I have not heard for years. The Brennan may seem a little expensive but for its capabilities its worth every penny.

My Brennan B2 is my wonderful 4000 album juke box, playing "cooking music" when I am in the kitchen, or via Sonos speakers in the lounge or bedroom, so I was distraught when I caused a technical problem, and delighted that I could get it repaired quickly and inexpensively and as good as new.

Delighted with my Brennan, does what it says on the tin. Busy loading my cd’s on now. Finding music I haven’t played for years. Very happy with it. Would highly recommend to anyone who has a large collection of cd’s.

Would be five stars if a hard copy manual was supplied as with my jb7 years ago, but absolutely love it, only moaning because I do not possess a printer to download anything off the forum

Easy to order on line and the delivery was exactly as scheduled.
Clear instructions available on line which helped as those included in the box only got you started.
Got everything working pretty quickly and set to ripping my cd collection. This does take a long time even though speeds are quicker than I expected. I am sure it will be worth it in the end as there were a lot of cds gathering dust that I didn't remember that I had.
Have been backing up at intervals as I am doing this. The backing up process does take a long time too.
Have got Sonos speakers which work well with the Brennan b3+ and are easy to set up.
Still learning about the Brennan but I am sure I will grow to love it

New remote arrived in record time. So pleased to have a replacement.
