Well i bought this as a gift for my son, hes always liked pocket watches. Within 3 hrs of giving him the watch part of the cover fell off which was quite embarrassing. I asked Brelsen for a refund due to not wanting to not seeing the value i spent on this extremely poorly made item. They insisted i take another instead of the refund which i also refused and asked for a refund yet again. Eventually they did give me my money back and i asked if they wanted the watch posted back and got no reply. These items as extremely poor quality and extremely poorly put together. Youd be better going to temu or wish tbh, i think they all come from the same place. Their delivery is pretty poor too. When you buy it it says but in the next 3 hrs for next day delivery but when you actually buy it says itll arrive in around 5 or 6 days. I think thats more to do with the delivery coming from China rather than the UK. Temu or wish game the same quality for far less ££.

The watch I bought was faulty. However, as it was a gift it took me a while to get it off the person I gave it to and return to Brelsen. Even though I had informed them it was faulty a couple of weeks after I had bought it, when I came to return it they said it had passed warranty (by 2 weeks!) and therefore they would not replace it.
They look smart but they are cheap and mass produced, don't be sucked in by all the marketing, it's expensive for costume jewellery.

I was a little concerned reading some of the reviews, however I had no issues. My Dad's 70th prezzie arrived quick and it looks just like the photos. I am really pleased with with the pocket watch, it has beautiful detailing on it.

I have 8 Breslin Pocket watches in my collection every one is well made and works perfect the last two were quarts. I must say I prefer wind up watches I never wind them fully 5 or 6 winds keeps the watch ticking for about eight hrs. To me they are the best made watches you can buy. I have pocket watches I have paid a lot more for and have stopped working and cost in one instance more to repair than what I paid. Yes you have to wait a bit longer for delivery but in my case worth it and I would highly recommend this seller every time.

I bought a pocket watch for my husband. It lasted a year, at which time it would not wind up anymore. I contacted the company, which told me that it's probably the BATTERY in this WIND UP watch. I tried to reply to their email, but it would not send due to a mailer daemon return. So no I would not recommend this pocket watch. I have since purchased another brand pocketwatch. Never buying another one from them.

Say they posted out watch with tracking number but not posted. They don't have any means of contact other than a support email, I have sent 18 separate emails over last 48 hours. No response at all. I guess they are a scam company. Please avoid

Beautifully crafted watch bought for a wedding gift. Delivery was super fast to Australia. Only disappointment with such a stunning watch & visible mechanism was to see the cover appeared to be lesser quality

The ordered pocket watch hasn't been delivered to my address. I reported it to the customer service and they told me to chase it up with the courier myself and have ignored my past 3 emails I sent them (and Ive been patient- it's been over 2 weeks now). I requested a refund and they've ignored it.

Prompt delivery. Beautifully engraved. Keeps excellent time. Wind twice a day.

I have ordered the Onyx Black Double Hunter Mechanical Pocket Watch. The watch itself is absolutely beautiful and my son was so happy to receive it as a gift for his departure to a new job in Antarctica! The delivery from Brelsen was spotless, quick and safe, nicely and safely packed. I could not recommended it more enough- if you want to buy an elegant gift for someone you love.

I today received a
ROYAL SILVER DOUBLE HUNTER MECHANICAL POCKET WATCH

For a Christmas gift from my Daughter
I followed the instructions to the letter and to my total disgust the Watch failed to work.
I have completed all on line correspondence but as it’s Christmas Day I cannot get to an open post office until after Christmas.
I am absolutely disgusted with the quality of this product and I DO NOT want the same item returned back to me.
I believe I am on the 14 Days receipt today , so I hope I get help !!

Please see bellow , I have sent prior E mails re this Watch as it failed to work.
I was preparing it for return postage when to my Horror , I opened again and it just feel apart.

I NO LONGER request a REPLACEMENT I now want a FULL REFUND

My Daughter is totally Distraught as like I said before this was a Christmas Gift .

Bought the watch and I was originally impressed. It looked great. Within 2 weeks it stopped working. Tried to get a replacement or refund from the company. They told me to return it at my cost. Then I heard nothing from them. They didn't respond to my emails so it was pretty much a waste of money. Too bad because I liked the watch.
