We decided to get a his and her tumbler set for our daughter's engagement and st about on Google. We are in New Zealand and our daughter is in England. There seemed to be an endless amount of options. We did try ordering from two places before settling on this company. Why, well it started with the website. So easy to use. Made it easy to get the two glasses engraved with different messages. The range was extensive and payment/ shipment steps were straight forward.
This may sound as this is what everyone else is offering but no. We tried other places and couldn't order for different reasons.
The delivery was prompt in the time frame agreed with progress information of delivery. The end result was even better than expected. Great product, great company to deal with and great service.

My Son and his partner were attending a formal event. My Son had the idea of ordering father and son matching cufflinks with the initials of their family members as a gift.

The cufflinks and presentation box are stunning and the gifts will be treasured by both.

When ordering there was a few mistakes on our end. Maddie and the team amended our mistakes and reassured us that the cufflinks would be with us even though it was only a few days before the event.

They went above and beyond to ensure they were here on time.

What a great company. I ordered two engraved Champagne Flutes which were despatched within a few days of ordering. They came beautifully packaged but unfortunately one of the glasses was broken. I contacted the company and received a prompt reply telling me that a replacement was being sent out and should be with me the following day. The next day, my replacement arrived and all intact this time. They came in a lovely presentation box with a personalised card for the recipients who I’m sure will love the gift. Having bought two items that I was incredibly happy with, I then purchased a third item a few weeks later. Unfortunately, that item had a problem however the speed at which they rectified the problem was impressive. EXCELLENT customer service. As such, it would absolutely not put me off buying from them again. Exceptional quality items, along with the same standard of customer service - a rare find these days!

The customer service at Engravers Guild was superb. I used their ashes jewellery service for a ring with my mothers ashes in (possibly a bit weird, I know) and because the stones weren’t quite the colour I ordered they offered me several solutions including a full refund. I cannot fault them and will definitely order from them again. In my opinion it doesn’t matter if you make a mistake, it’s how you resolve that mistake that counts.

I ordered an engraved whisky tumbler, that when received had a minor error in the engraving. I contacted customer services and was informed that a replacement item would be dispatched within 24 hours free of charge. The new glass arrived on schedule with the error corrected. Excellent customer service, and this has not put me off purchasing from this company in the future.

I ordered a pendant type chain for my friend birthday . He loved his . His colleagues loved it . Engraving is lovely , and quality. As a first time customer I will be coming back. Ordered on a Sunday , with 2-3 day shipping and came on Tuesday.

I ordered an anniversary tankard for an MC, friends of ours. I wrote the text but then emailed them to change it and in the confusion, I received a tankard that had the wrong text. I contacted EG who made a new one, sent it by courier as time was of the essence and all ended well. Now, it was as much my fault as theirs but the sign of a great company is that they put the customers needs first. Such a rare thing nowadays and for that alone, it’s 5 stars+ from me…and the tankard looked great too!
